Very Satified with Turbotax
Found Turbo tax to be very easy to follow with which I am very satisfied and at ease about this filing.
Easy step really keeps the input flow organized.
Filling the spouse return at the same time makes this very time saving.
Very impressed at the ease of Netfile thru turbo tax this year.

Turbo Tax and Mac
Turbo Tax is excellent tax preparation software. Very easy and straight forward to use.
The only thing it is missing is a stand alone Mac version, although an online version is available. A stone alone version would be better.

Loyal Customers
Turbo Tax should have a special promotion for loyal customers who have purchased Turbo Tax in the previous years. ie. if you have been a loyal customer for a given number of year you get a special offer.. This is an excellent way to maintain your customer base.

Prompts for tax receipts
The 'getting started' task prompts you through the possible tax receipts and information you has. This helps in making sure you don't miss anything.
I don't like that you have to use the Premium version for capital gains on investments(stocks/mutual funds). It should be included in the Standard version.

Type of Turbo Tax
When sending out the notice that the 2016 is ready please note what each Turbo Tax is able to do. I wasted time by down-loading the Basic when I should have down-loaded the Standard model.

Easy, Netfiling seemless
I have used TurboTax for years and enjoy the ease of moving from one year to the next. The Easy Step interview is an efficient and understandable way to complete the forms. Netfiling is seamless and has gotten better every year. Only complaint is that the you basically pay full price every year for the standard version which I prefer because I'm married. The cheaper basic version is a good idea. You can usually find a retail standard version that matches or beats the online discount direct version. There are a lot of low cost options coming out and I ask myself each year is it worth it. So far for continuity and ease of use I'd have to say yes.
