Short and to the point, I have used this product for the last 4 years now. Has been refined every year, the ability to import from last year (and beyond) helps speed up the process.
For basic returns (all I have done), it only takes about half an hour to file for myself and my wife every year.

2015 return
Turbo for me is the only way to go.Even though I usually have to pay it is cheaper to buy and pay than having someone else do it and still having to fork out more cash. Step by step easy to follow.

I have used turbo tax for many years and had it billed automatically. However every year I find that I could have purchased it much cheaper at Costco just bothers me as loyalty doesn't matter. RW

Invaluable Tax Tool
I've used TurboTax for well over 10 years now and it has always proven accurate, helpful and is a convenient way to file what can sometimes be complicated returns.
My one beef: using small, low contrast grey text is not a good idea. although there are 'contrast' adjustment features, on my system they made no difference. As a result, I had eye-strain all the way through!
Also,if this s/w is not supposed to work reliably with XP, a warning box at start is not sufficient!

Smooth as silk
This is the easiest program to use and fill in. Moving from one form to the next is awesome. Each step is questioned and you are asked all the questions in sequence. Love the feature that finds obscure deductions. Great to use and would recommend to everyone.

Another good year
I've been on some version or other of TurboTax since the 90s, and have always found it quick and easy. This year, the software helped me adjust my taxes to get a refund when I was expecting to pay. Wouldn't have known the savings if the software hadn't guided me to it.

Great Help and Guide
I know I made the right decision to purchase only TurboTax every tax year. For a working Dad like me, I really don't keep tune to new guidelines our government will make or change with respect to filling income taxes. Been filing electronic since the beginning
Lisa was very helpful in straightening out error in my return, and appreciate the fact, she was understanding, kind, and respected my mental disability my whole life, yet no diagnosed properly until 1990-91, there about, and worked out the properly things to do, and even though I'm exhausted, I'm pleased with Lisa's help.
