Great Program
TurboTax is the best program I have used to prepare personal taxes. I have been using this program for years, but a couple of years ago, I decided to try another program. That was a huge mistake and I couldn't wait until the next year so I could go back to TurboTax. This program is user-friendly and easy to use whether you use the Easy Step method or the Forms method.

Old Senior
If you can read, you can do your taxes with Turbo Tax. They ask all the necessary questions and allow you to go back and double check at every stage. Very user friendly.

Better than UFile
Bought 2015 UFile by mistake ......difficult to use.....cheaper but never did complete the tax process before I stopped and purchased TurboTax.

Expensive Buy
I don't understand why the mailed CD version of Turbo Tax I get automatically sent to me each year is more expensive than the version I can buy off the shelf in Walmart. That seems wrong.

Simple to use, well made
Very well written and designed, TurboTax provides a simple view as the default that's really easy to use. If you want to look at the tax forms themselves, there's also that option too, if you click on the "Forms" button at the top.

Great User Interface and Help Functionality
Turbo Tax has a great user Interface. The help functionality is excellent. The product updates itself automatically at start up if connected to the internet. Easy to Netfile the return when all is done. I will definitely use this product again like I have been doing over several years now
