Easy to use !
Not being a techy, and not having a lot of faith in technology generally, I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy this program was to load, and to work through. The instructions are straightforward, and the file was simple to send to CRA. When we had a problem, we were able to call Turbo Tax, speak to someone and get our problem rectified. Will definitely buy it again next year.

Easy to use! Great Purchase!

Great Return on my Purchase
I've been using TurboTax Standard for the past 5 years, and each time it has found me money, that I otherwise missed, doing the tax return manually. This year was no exception. I encountered some technical glitches, and the lady, Mary, at there support center was able to solved the error code TT600, quickly, and get me on my way. Thank You TurbTax!

great tax software
I have been using Turbo Tax since they started and I have always recommended it to all of my friends. The only cons it they keep increasing the price as I was hoping the more sales they get the lower the price should be!

Super Support
I bought the CD and downloaded on desktop. Desktop crashed. I called support and within minutes they sent me a link to download on my laptop. Easy, great support and great product. very easy to use.

I'll buy it again next year
It is user-friendly. Installs smoothly, functions without troubles. If you have any questions the online help is quick to load and explanations are clear.
I have >5 years experience with this tax package so I am familiar with its logic and features. Overall, I get my tax return done easily and quickly and don't ever have a problem raised from CRA about my claims.
I recommend it for anyone with a Windows-based PC and even modest computer understanding.
