Outstanding Customer Service
I was receiving netfile error, so i called customer service and withing 2 minutes she provided me outstanding service, fixed the issue and stayed with me until i finished netfile.

almost idiot proof
the system is easy but going back and entering is sometime difficult. also I received warnings that did not apply to me so I was a bit confused.

Very Usefull
I have been using TurboTax for the last 5 years and find it very user friendly and simple method of filing my income tax. It does all the calculations necessary and asks all the pertinent questions in order to complete a successful tax return.

Reliable and Easy to Use
