No Hassle return
I have always found Turbo Tax so easy to use that I wouldn't use any other tax program. I have used this program for at least five years and will use it for another five years or more.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 8 years and I would highly recommend it. In fact I did recommend it to one of my coworkers and now she uses it for her taxes every year. It is very user friendly and I have never had a problem understanding or entering my information. the only problem that I have is finding the English version as I live in a French province.

Fast and Easy
I have used TurboTax for a few years now. I enjoy the experience, it is friendly by asking questions using personal names. It is fast, easy and a great product to use. I can not see my self using any other way to file taxes. You have a great product.

Easiest product to use

Print for mail information was vague
I feel that the instructions for printing a return to submit by mail could have been much clearer. It took me me several tries to find the right sequence in the program to accomplish this. It should be more straightforward.
Other than this problem, I really like using Turbo Tax.

Love it Every Year
I have used TurboTax for many years now. I find it very helpful as it takes me step by step. This way I don't forget about a deduction that I am able to claim. They have really simplified the netfiling process. Couldn't be any easier. Thanks for taking the pain out of doing taxes.

I bought turbotax with my fiancé to save money and to stop wasting our time going somewhere to have someone do it for us. Finished both returns with no issues and sent them in!!!!! Does not get easier than that.

Easy Gains
Each year it's easier and easier to use. I've used customer support and found it wasn't as painful as you would imagine. There's a satisfaction to doing the return yourself and getting huge returns back. Way better than paying someone else to do it on your behalf.

TurboTax has developed into a well organized application that is easy to use for both step-by-step reporting and detailed review by diving into any part of your return for review, double checking and analysis. Filing is really now just a push button exercise. Excellent!
