Turbo Tax Review for 2021 Tax Year
Turbo Tax performed very well. The only negative encountered was not being able to import all tax slips from CRA and on one occasion Turbo Tax crashed while trying to import. I ended up imputing by hand. No biggie. The reason for 4 stars on "Easy to Use".

Quick, efficient, easy to use
I've been using one version or another of TurboTax for over a decade and have found it an easy way to file and modify our returns. I've never had a problem with the program and would recommend it to everyone I know.

My family have been doing our taxes with Turbo Tax for about 6 years now and I have no stress around "tax time" anymore. I find it quick, super easy to use, and trustworthy, and I can always count on getting the best return possible. The help section continually keeps my mind at ease, and Turbo Tax stays up to date with any tax changes so I never need to worry about them.

The download/cd product is great(online is horrid
The download/cd version is nearly flawless for the average user. My husband and I are done our taxes in about 30 minutes now. We mistakenly got the online version last year and it was horrible. But this version which we use every year, is terrific.

Been using TurboTax for years

Been using it for years
I have been using TurboTax (and QuickTax before that) for years. I think it is the best tax software program because it is easy to use, quick to input, process and file my returns, and if I need help it's always available. The hints and tips are invaluable for maximizing my return every year. I definitely recommend TurboTax and will continue to use it year after year.

Always accurate and fast
I have used Turbo Tax since day one and have enjoyed the innovation and ease of use over the years. In defence of Turbo Tax most issues have to do with CRA and not the program itself. Great for Seniors
I have been using Turbotax for about 8 years and have never had any issues. I am retired and do my own taxes along with my wife's and my daughters. Turbotax makes it so simple year after year by prefilling in our standard info from the previous year and filing our spousal returns with pension splitting with only a couple questions. The option to import tax slips direct from Revenue Canada makes it very quick to input our pension amounts. Turbotax has great warning notices to make sure I check the info I enter and the options to maximize our refunds by claiming deductions on the best return and splitting the most advantageous pension amount is really helpful, I use it every year and it gives me the best refund without having to do a lot of calculating myself.
I will continue to use Turbotax, Thank you for continuing to deliver a quality program that lets me look forward to doing my taxes instead of dreading it.
