Excellent Program

Worth it
For someone who has paid H&R Block for years to do my taxes. I have realized the amount of monies I have WASTED!! I would reccomend Turbo Tax for even Dummies......The follow along instructions were easy to use and very helpful.

I have used turbo tax for years [10 years or more] and I find it is the easiest and fastest one to use and I will continue to use Turbo Tax. ! have tried others and although they are okay, I have to take a lot more time to do returns with them

Faithful user
I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is so superior to doing tax by hand on paper as I did for so many years. Every year the tax software gets more user friendly - this year the Netfile process was streamlined. The ability to link spousal returns together makes income tax return preparation so much easier!

direct deposit
the last question before filing about direct deposit can be confusing, you should add a 3rd box stating no change to deposit information, rather than the current " I do not use direct deposit or my info has not changed ".

Very helpful
I had an accountant doing the returns for me till now. they started charging more and more every year you go there.
this was my first time buying turbotax to try doing it myself. and it was totally worth it. my returns were simple to file, and it only took like half an hour to go through the step by step process, which is very user friendly.

Can't Be Easier
I have been using Turbotax for many years.
I had problems with a major tax company and thought I can probably do a better job completing it myself.
Purchased Turbotax, and have been using it ever since.
They have done a great job of making it simple, if you are not sure, just use the easy steps method.

great product
I have been using Turbo Tax since 2002 and my husband used the professional version before that. You can't be beat - even the few hiccups over the years, it was still very good.
Last week, the Auto Fill worked VERY WELL but today I am having a problem with the Auto Fill - error TT1600 and can't seem to get into technical help. I hope the next update will fix whatever is happening.

Have used it since first introduced, even if I have a CA who is a good friend.
I do remember before the age of personal computers, the internet .... and the pain of filling out and filing income tax by the due date.
I even remember when the post office would stay open until 11:59 p.m. on the last filing day so that your mailed return would be posted before midnight! ... ah ... those were the days .... NOT!

A little disappointed this time.
It took several tries to Netfile this return. After waiting for an update from TurboTax, I was then able to Netfile with no problem. It's never happened before.
