Value for the dollar
Turbo Tax is easy to use just by following the on screen prompts. It asks you questions to ensure maximum return. Everyone in the family uses it to complete their returns.

I have been using this program since it first came out in 1991 as Quick Tax. Excellent program, easy to use and always accurate. The net file feature is even much easier this year than ever.

Excellent, been using it for years
Excellent product. I have used it for years. Format is maintained from year to year and easy to follow. I will continue to use it provide the product cost remains reasonable. My preference is using forms and slips.

Almost perfect
Turbo Tax has made Netfiling even easier than before - click once and it's done. Files are saved in the correct format and location automatically, verifications are sent to CRA automatically -- all that remains is to click on the Netfile option and go.
There was only one bug this year -- a new feature that would be super if it worked (downloading entries directly from CRA to save manual entries. Great idea but I couldn't get it to work. Fix that and Turbo Tax will be exceptional.

CRA Auto Fill Error
Love Turbo Tax and have used it many many years. It is a great way to do your taxes. However, I tried using the Auto-fill from CRA feature this year and it did not work for me. Tried 3 times and got an error each time. Just went back to entering my own information and all was good.

Comfortable and Friendly
Money saved right from the start - Intuit offered a discount for my online order. As always, the Standard product worked very well for completing our joint (pension splitting) tax returns. Minor bug - I could not easily find an option to increase on-screen font size.

Great Product
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I find it so easy to use. I have never had any problems with any tax returns sent into CRA. Always comes back exactly what I submitted. Every refund came back to the penny.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax every year.

Easy Peasy
This is my second year using Turbo Tax and having the ability to import data from my last return made this year's return very quick and easy. The entire process is streamlined and straightforward and I especially like the RRSP tips that are included.
