Long Time User
I have been using TurboTax since it first came out. It has evolved continuously and is by far my most trusted tax filing software. Its easy to use, intuitively offers advice and review and won't let me second guess myself or make a mistake. The automatic software mailing each year and the reasonably priced professional online review service in my experience is second to none. I can heartily recommend TurboTax Standard without hesitation to anyone who files their personal and family returns.

Simple
Using TurboTax is simple. It asks you the questions, fills in the pages, and bingo your taxes are done. It reviews it, corrects it, and e-files it for you using easy to understand language. I highly recommend it!

updating contact info
I have been using TurboTax ever since Intuit bough out Tax Wizard. Trying to update contact (e-mail) information and/or other personal information on the website is an exercise in frustration.
I had provided as much information as I could and yet it can't be correlated to my account to login.
If one wants to login to update their information but may have forgotten a piece of the info like the user name or ID or password; pressing "I forgot such and such Info" entering the reminder request and submitting it, but still requiring you to login to make the changes is ridiculous. The web designers need to try these processes out before uploading the pages to the site. And keep testing to be sure they work as intended.
Like to program but some support levels leaves muct to be desired.

TurboTax Made Easy

Easy as Pie
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it is so easy and my rebate has always been correct. I love the RRSP wizard as then I can predict my refund based on my contribution. So easy to use. I did my taxes this year in 1 hour!

Well Done TBT
I was able to install this and update it in less than 10 minutes. Less than an hour after that, even entering all of my family's information by hand, TBT managed to get us the max refund. And it usually only takes about a week to get to us. Well done Intuit. Well done TurboTax

Easy, helpful and convenien to use
I have tried other tax software but found Turbo Tax better. It is easy and convenient to use and provides clear step by step directions based on the tax profile I provided. I like the helpful tips and the review function that allows me to make sure I have not missed anything.
