Turbo Tax Rocks!
I've used Turbo Tax many, many years. This year I was able to take advantage of the RRSP Income splitting and ALL the optimization features that resulted in increasing our refund

Easy Tax Time

USE OF TURBOTAX
It is great to have this facilitative tool in preparing Canadians' Income tax for the CRA. I used this tool many times. It gave me peace of mind, knowing that I have the best tool to file my TAX. I highly recommend that YOU use it.

Years of Use
I have been using this program for years. I love it. The only thing I don't like is that I don't a disk anymore. I was very disappointed this year when you discontinued it. Is there any way you can include this next year. I have been looking for another program with a disk included.

still great
I keep thinking I might need an accountant, but really - once I have my papers organized, TurboTax makes it so easy that I prefer to do it myself. I had 2 issues that were TurboTax box related but 2 quick phone calls/screen shares and the problems were solved.

Menu Font Size Can You Make It Smaller ?
Every year you seem to make the menu font sizes smaller..... No matter what I do to change display or Zoom In makes it any better. The open window enlarges but not the menu.... Really annoying.

Worried about next year
As a Math teacher in Manitoba for 32 years, I was one of the first teachers to teach high school students to use QuickTax for preparing their tax returns. And as a dedicated Mac user I was able to use my MacIntosh computer to do my own. Then came the day that the Mac version was no longer available. At that point I had to borrow a PC to do my taxes. I am now using a PC laptop inherited from my mother which is not upgradable to Windows 11 (it came with Windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10). Now you tell me that I will not be able to use it next year. I have been keeping this laptop around for only the annual tax preparation for myself, my wife and my son. So now it appears as though next year I will be faced with throwing out this laptop and then paying a lot of extra money to use the online version on my Mac or else sourcing out a different company that has tax software that works on Windows 10. Either that or I have to go to a third party to do all these tax forms at a very high price. This would be real shame since my background in Math and my years of experience makes it very easy to do it on my own.

Easy to use software
I have used turbotax for years and an very familiar with it. I fill it in using the forms approach and the ability to download the forms from CRA is great but this year was terrible as I had to type in a bunch of forms (which was not turbotax' s fault). Happy with the product.

bought at staples
