Tax filing enjoyable?
I have used TurboTax for a number of years, in the U.S. and Canada. I am confident in TurboTax's ability to help me through the rough waters of tax reporting. I get very anxious about my tax filing but TurboTax keeps getting better, year by year, in its interview and guidance methods thus making filing actually a wee bit enjoyable! (Can that be so???!!!) This year, I had to report some casual labour income due to pulpit supply in church - they called up the same forms and put the entry in the same line as a tax advisor told me they would. I trust them to help me wade through the language and lead me to the right forms for all aspects of my income profile. As I come to retirement age, I know it will guide me well through those questions, too. The NetFile process is smooth and I usually get my direct deposits for returns quickly with helpful emails to let me know how the process is going. Yep! I'm staying with TurboTax.

Smooth as silk
I have used turbo tax products for years both for my personal and for my corporate tax returns and have always found tit to be a smooth process with appropriate tips and support. The pacing and strategic nature of support means that when I need help it is typically already there on the page I am working on.

Easy to use
Very straight forward. Been a user for several years now and I can do my taxes quickly with this program. We have a rental income property, and we used tax review this year for an extra fee. Was well worth it, the person reviewing our forms was very helpful.

Really Impressed
I have used, and really liked TurboTax for MANY years, but this year I am blown away because, for the first time, I can prepare both my spouse's and my own tax returns at the same time without having to close one to get back to the other to insert information (like taxable income) for each other. This side by side preparation also allowed instantaneous optimization of Medical Expenses and Charitable Donations to produce the optimum "Bottom Line" for us both. It saved me many extra hours of work! WELL DONE TURBOTAX!!

Perfect choice for computer and tax novices
This product is very well designed, and executed. The format is almost foolproof, and user-friendly in the extreme. For people like myself that consider computers and their attendant software as hostile, alien devices that are mostly designed to showcase how utterly divorced from intuition computer function can be, , this system really couldn't be any easier. Furthermore, the way the program walks you effortlessly through your tax-return almost makes the task pleasurable.

Great starter tool!

Best program for doing Income Tax
I have been using this program since it was first introduced as "Data Tax"(I think it was called then) on the old Commodore Amiga 500. It brings tears to my eyes when I think how easy and slick this program is to use compared to the old pencil and eraser system I used before!!!

Happiness
With Turbo Tax I can sit down and complete our income taxes easily. For years it has been our tax program of choice. Also, the fact that it is an Intuit product gives us comfort in knowing that it will be reliable and safe to use.

Very worthwhile purchase
TurboTax took me through the stressful chore of calculating and filing the taxes of myself and my spouse with a minimum of fuss and bother.

Best tax preparation program used
The ease of entering data and moving from screen to screen is very easy for even the novice. The step by step process was foolproof. I liked the schedules and the help index. When necessary, I even had absolutely no difficulty getting in touch with a "live" person to get help to clarify a particular entry or tax issue.
I think Turbo Tax is the best and easiest tax software to use.

Push the Easy Button
TurboTax recommends using Easy Step - which gives you a step by step approach to completing your return. At each step it just asks you a series of simple questions and uses your answers to complete the necessary forms. You don't have to look at or fill in any complex mysterious forms. Filing online is simple. Print a copy for your records. Done. Easy.

File taxes smoothly!
I found Turbo Tax made filing my taxes go very smoothly. I like the way you can go through the easy steps, and can also dive into the forms for more advanced users. The program is very thoughtful - provides useful tips and occasionally does things automatically for you which is a nice surprise. One thing I like is that it took info from my previous years filing with Turbo Tax. It even pulled some information like depreciation from last year which was really helpful. Overall Turbo Tax helps make things go really smooth which is very nice.
