I JUST THOUGHT THAT TURBO TAX NEEDS A GREAT REVEIW FOR SUCH A EXCELLANT PRODUCT FROM YEAR TO YEAR. I TYPE IN CAPITALS AS IT IS WEASIER FOR ME WITH MY EYE PROBLEMS,MY CHILDREN GIVE ME HECK FOR DOING SO AS IT IS NOT GOOD FOR FELLWO COMPUTOR PEOPLE. I HAD GOT THE 2014C TURBO TAX AN COULDN'T GET IT TO COME THREW ON MY DESK TOP COMPUTOR SO I CALLED FOR HELP TO GET REGISTERED AN SHE WAS EXCELLANT HELPER ALLL THE WAY ROM FLORIDA. IT TOOK SOM TIME AS MY COMPUTOR REFUSSED IT SO SHE WALKED ME THREW IT ONM MY NEW LAPTOP VERSON 8.2 WINDOWS WHICH SEEMS HARD FOR ME FROM THE WINDOWS VISTA BUT LOW AND BEHOLD SHE GOT EVERTHING UP AM WORKING WITH GREAT PATIENTS FOR ME TO FOLLOW HER DIRECTIONS . GREAT PRODUCT AND STAFF ON CALL EVERYDAY. HIGLY RECOMEMEND IT TO ANYONE .

I've been using TurboTax (QuickTax) for the last 8 years or so and have always found that it does the job with no fuss, no bother and always accurately. In addition the availability of assistance through the program is certainly conducive to peace of mind at tax time.

If you have to do taxes!
Turbo tax just keeps on improving their product. This year was the easiest ever! Have been using TurboTax products for at least 10 years (including the old quicktax days) and see no reason to change. There was one glitch this year in that I had to file using the manual system but TT's instructions were more than clear enough. Don't know if the problem was with TurboTax or Netfile. Glad to be done for another year!

Quick and easy
I've been using TurboTax Standard for 7 years. The first couple of times, I used Easy Steps which was helpful. I now go directly to Forms. With the carry over of personal information from year to year feature as well as having to enter information only once, the return takes very little time to complete. It's easy to search for help with questions. The tips during Review are helpful. I prefer the downloadable forms version as it enables easy year to year comparison at home. Netfiling is now a breeze. Thanks!

Great improvements
I found the software even easier to use this year. I especially liked the option to enlarge the print and to increase the contrast. Enlarging did mean that the non-adjustable progress bar on the left took up proportionally more of the page, so that one sometimes had to scroll horizontally to read all the information on the page.
The progress pane was very helpful, and I could easily recall the pages when I needed to add more information. I would like to see a larger frame for the pop-ups that provide answers to questions.
Filing was instantaneous, and I did not even have to search for the stored file on my computer.

Easy to use
Turbo Tax is very user friendly even for a novice. There is lots of tips & support if you need it. There are easy step by step instructions & if you forgot to enter any information you can go back. Suggest that you have all your documents together & organized that less stressful for you. If there are any upgrades form time of purchase until you finish your return it will automatically BE UPDATED WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR FILE.

Best Purchase for Tax prep
This program lets you try different entries before you do your final tax report. You do not do the math as you would in a paper method. It is an afordable way to do your family's taxes.

great product, small issues
I have used this product in one form or another for several years.
some changes were made to this years version, I did not like them but they did not detract greatly from the value of the product.
- there is some point when you are done with your return where the program insists that you make a choice immediately on how the user is going to pay. unless I chose to pay through some service that the program provides, I do not want to be forced to decide. the program appeared that it would not let me proceed without making a decision, and stated that I had to pay within 5 days or some nonsense. that is none of your concern how and when I pay.
-this is my first time using the medical expense section. although I find the medical expense optimizer to be an excellent tool, I found it confusing that the optimiser does not kick in immediately, but rather during the tax tips section. this is disorienting.
-I found the tax loss carry forward confusing as well, as it originally appeared that it was not being included.
I will know better next year, still a great product.

Abit confused!!
I have been using Turbo Tax for years and usually find it awesome. The changes this year made it confusing when trying to file a married couples returns together. I think the instructions on filing both at the same time need to be stated more clearly on the Start page. I ended up inputting the data for each of us separately and when I tried to move the medical expenses from one return to the other, it was impossible. After a lot of hunting I realized that I needed to use the Forms method rather than the Easy Step method. It would have been great it I knew that when I started it.

User experience better each year
I have been using turbotax for over 5 years and extremely happy. I see each year the experience is getting easier and better. I would prefer if there is an option to add notes (like post it for each page) to make our own notes.
