Keeps getting better

Best that I know of
I have used a form of tax preparation since I first received information on "Jex on Tax" Evelyn Jex.. I have no idea how many years agao that was but it is a bunch, likely since the early "80s. Even now after retiring. It has always been accurate and helped me get through the drudgery of filing tax each year. Thanks Turbo Tax keep up the good work.

I find that turbotax puts me at ease when filing my return. I cant keep track of all the deductions and credits etc. my head starts spinning. I cant afford to pay an accountant, but I cant afford to not let Turbo tax take me through the process

Your Backup Plan
I have used the product for 10 years. This year I suddenly encountered a consistent & constant unsuccessful activation (error code 909) using the web.
After contacting your support center I was able to continue working by using the automated phone activation key.
PLEASE KEEP this telephone activation option available (and woking) as this will prevent support center calls from extremely frustrated customers like me.

Review for 2015
I like the new look of Turbo tax this year. It was easy to undertrand. The only time I was confused is when I was asked at the end to use Netfile. I did not realize that it ment to send my forms to the government. I though is was to file with Turbotax. The word ''file'' is confusing, it should say ''sending'' instead.

Year to Year Ease
Program pulls in previous year information making it very easy to get started. You simply load program and it finds previous year data and pulls required information and carry forwards into current year. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and would not think of changing considering how easy it is to use.

Always great
When I switched over to a program/software to do my taxes, it was called Quuick Tax. THe program has all the forms that I was used to using when doing it by hand. Some of the forms I had to get from the tax office because the standard booklet did not have them. Quciktax had the forms and some. Turbo Tax continues to have the forms, unusual forms, that I needed to do my taxes. It is fast, easy to use, I use the forms method, and it continues to give you hints and help to complete the return. The Netfiling this year is wonderful and seamless. Thanks for making a great producy!

Mighty Fine Program!

new look is slick
The nav is not a smooth as last year but the review and filing process is much better. They should have 2015 out sooner so people can start entering things like charity donations.

Easy to navigate
It was important for me to be able to navigate between the forms and the Easy Step process as well as between spouses' forms seamlessly and this did work well. The left side menu was easy to use to navigate through the process The Help section was good although I did like last year's list of FAQ that appeared with each step of the process. I felt confident that I was getting all the deductions and benefits with the clear questions that were asked in the Profile section. The Netfile process was so much better this year. Thank you for making it effortless. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.
