Clear, easy to use
Thank you Turbo Tax for being the simplest, clearest tax return system ever. I still cannot believe how easy it was to complete returns for my husband and myself. The filing process is so simple that it took about 30 seconds to complete.
I'll be using your services again next year and would highly recommend this software to anyone needing to fill out a tax return.

Simple Tax Returns
Program is simple to use, gets more user friendly each year. Have used for more than ten years, through many life changes (post-secondary school, marriage, children). Always felt that this is a trustworthy tax program to use.

Easy to use
The tool is very easy to use - EasyStep takes all the guesswork out of doing taxes.
My only negative comment is that the tool doesn't allow you to carry forward when there was a marriage status change (separation) in the previous year. But then it asks a number of questions about the former spouse - including income details that are calculated in their return. The end result is the need to flip back and forth between returns.

Soooo Helpful
I usually do the old fashioned paper returns, but this year we had some life changes that would have been too difficult for me to do on my own. TurboTax not only made filing super easy this year but has made me a fan and will continue to use it from here on out!

Takes the Work out of Tax Time
I have been on your automatic renew for several years now. This year I received the email as usual and went to download the product. I totally forgot that we had changed technology over the winter to the iMac. When I emailed to get the iMac version I was told you don't have an Apple version. Surprise! Surprise! I do hope you are going to develop Turbo Tax for the Apple platform. I had to fire up my old laptop. Ugh!

Taxes made easy
I have been doing my own income tax reports for the last 15 years and have been using TurboTax for the 4 years. I am not an expert at accounting but have always been able to maximize my return every year by taking my time and going through each available form. TurboTax now allows me to have my wife's and my tax return completely done in less than 3 hours. For the first couple of years, I would print the paper and review it manually and could not find any discrepancies. I now fully trust the program and I especially love the ease of use in maximizing the return by splitting credits between my wife and I.

Taxes made easy
All in all, I found Turbo Tax to be informative, helpful, easy to use and understand. For simple, standard or advanced claims, I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I also like the fact that if you are having any problems with your return, they offer you the option of talking live with a representative to guide you through any rough patches at minimal cost to the consumer. This is my third year using Turbo Tax and I intend to continue to use the product in the future. Two thumbs up....

it would be nice when you are doing a joint return that you could put all the tax slips in for one then the slips for the other, much the same way as you do when you are entering the profile information..

I have never used a product like this before as my taxes were always done by a great friend. This program made it very easy to complete and it seems to be fool proof.
