Awesome and easy to use
I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and would not consider using anything else. It never misses a deduction and carry forwards data flawlessly. So easy to file taxes. Why would anyone do it with pen and paper when Turbo Tax is available? Great value too.

This was the easiest version to use. Navigation was simpler. I was disappointed the in "Help" the "Take Me There" feature did not work for me. I was particularly pleased with the ease of accomplishing NetFile. Previous versions were so multi-stepped, and every year I had to watch the instructional video in order to know what steps to take for NetFile

Helpful Tool

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
I don't understand why everyone isn't using TurboTax. You don't need to have any taxation experience to use this program. It leads you all the way, recommending ways to maximize your return.

Makes tax time so much easier!
Gives me the control over doing my own taxes, plus the confidence that it is done right. Saves money too, as other members of my family can use the same program.The Optimizers for Pension Splitting, donations, etc are excellent...I wish there was an Optimizer for the T3s and T5s.

Money's Worth and More
This is the 4th time I've used this software to do my taxes. I plan on purchasing TurboTax again next year. The great thing is that you can use one purchase to do several people's returns. My sister, brother-in-law and mother all had their taxes done using this. It really is very user friendly.

Continued happiness

Great product for ordinary people.
Am I ever glad I purchased this product as I have been paying triple the amount to have someone do this every year, and they would not print out all of the forms for me to review. I would get a summary form without the details.
I like the "hands on" part of filing my own return and appreciate that Turbo Tax ask the questions in an way that is understandable, and also that it reminds you to complete the questions if you miss one.

Works well. Good program. Glad returns can be directly emailed now. Years ago having to change formats was a pain. Only suggestion would be to display dates on medical expenses so it would be easier to identify which is which in order to edit.

too dumb
I preferred last year's easy step approach much more than this version. too hard to toggle to specific pages, etc. this version has been dumbed down too much. use this for the basic but not standard is my suggestion. the user interface is why I buy every year.

some things have changed this year and I have found that when I try to print that it did not work, what I had to do was go to the PDF file that I had saved and print from that. This needs to be fixed so that when you push the print button that it prints. All past years from 2009 the print button worked fine..

Excellent Tax Return Tool
This is the third year that I have used this product. Filling in all the basic info and slips is very straight forward. If you are used to the form method you may find flipping back and forth between the two methods can create some very minor issues which the program will catch and have you fix prior to filing. I will definitely use this package again.

Anyone can use Turbotax
TurboTax is really easy to use and anyone can use it to fill their own tax returns! I am immigrant and this is the second year I fill tax returns in Canada, the second year with TurboTax and second year with no trouble to fill my tax returns.
