I had a little trobale
I did 3 returns and on the next return I had trouble filing it. When you get turbo tax make certain you download to desktop, I did after I went to the chat bar for help, That help made it a lot better to finish this tax8

10th year in a row!
This is an awesome tax program and I find that each year it gets easier as I get more familiar with the program.
One suggestion I'd like to make is that you offer Turbo Tax at a reduced rate from the very day it is available. I can always buy it in stores for less than you offer it online unless I wait until the tax season is almost done. Then you bring the price down. If you offered it to me for less than the store I would buy it immediately from you.

Easy Exercise For A Despicable Job
We have employed Turbo Tax for the past several Tax years and have found it to be a relatively easy, quick and efficient tool in completing a formerly onerous and infuriating task. It seems each year's edition shows improvement in clearer instructions, larger print and easier movement from document to document. The tips and optimizer aspects are most helpful. Now it is time to streamline the ordering of next year's edition and making its ordering more concise and yet informative, and less time consuming. We want it as a downloaded version so that it is readily usable without the grilling and unnecessary information gathering.

Tax planner
It is easy to use, but more importanly, it is an amazing planning tool.
You can fine tune your dividend division between you and your spouse to the dollar to maximize your return.
The optimizers help with RSPs and other deductions.
A bit of planning and patience can save you a pile on taxes...easily!

Software Credits
Turbo Tax is one of the great software packages! It allows you, the person that is using the Tax software, to look at all of the feathers that is open to the taxpayer. This software works with you and allows you to question any topic that you have problems with, either understanding or just need a little more information about.
When all said and done, this is the best tax software package that I have used.

Yearly Purchase
