Still Number One In My Book
This year's version (for 2014 Return), was as good as ever with some useful changes to streamline the process. For example the Filing process was separated from Review. The NetFiling step itself was a breeze compared to previous years.
This time around (for the very first time since I started using the product) I encountered a minor glitch which was corrected within a few hours of when I reported it. The required update was efficient and quick. As a former software programmer I am extremely impressed with the corrective response given the infinite number varying situations the program must have to deal with.

Easier to use
Navigation easy except for finding some specific information i.e. safety deposit boxes.
Use of box numbers on forms helped identify information required and where to put it.
I liked the ease of net filing. I found registering for an My Account very difficult. I needed help from a real person.

this years version was super easy. much easier than previous years. any software that makes me want to do my taxes is like a little software miracle! there is no way I could calculate refunds on my own that this software does. laughing all the way to the bank!

Quite simple even for me!
As a first time "Tax Preparer", this was remarkably easy once I got going. I like the follow up they do nearing of the return - tips to explore other tax saving options, etc. The program walks you through everything as fast or slow aw you want.
Sometimes the "back" button or the web back arrow didn't take far enough, so I had to use the sidebar form summary to get where I wanted. If this is my only issue - so MINOR!
I didn't have to do ANY calculations by hand - how wonderful!

Easy to Use and Made Taxes a Breeze!!!
I have tried Turbo and their competitor...and needless to say for my 2014 return I came back to Turbo tax. Turbo is easy to use, prompts you to think about other options, possible deductions and compares your possibilities all with the ease of a "click".
All I have to say is Turbo has made taxes a BREEZE in my house!

Always good
I switched to Turbo Tax from the old system of paper, pencil and lots of eraser about 12 years ago and still can't believe how much quicker, simpler and accurate this is. Saves me acres of time.

Easy to use
Product worked well. It did not recognize my location and bring forward the Northern resident forms. If a person wasn`t aware of the forms it could mean lost money.

Improvements
I feel Intuit should have an Apple product for use on IMACs. I am not interested in doing my tax returns on-line. There are enough apple users out there to make it worth while.

TT IS EVEN EASIER TO USE THAN IN PREVIOUS YEARS. EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF INCOME TAX. TT KNOWS WHERE TO PUT IT ITEMS IF YOU DON'T. IT'S ESPECIALLY EASY TO USE FOR COUPLES BECAUSE IT WILL ALOCATE IT ITEMS TO THE BEST ADVANTAGE OF THE COUPLE.

Wise Choice
All my friends take their taxes to a tax service. I have never done that, nor will I ever do that. A friend introduced me to QuickTax in 1993 and I have been using it ever since.

Best So-Far
I have been using Turbo Tax before it was even called Turbo Tax, for both Business & now Personal returns. Last year, I complained that the text was to small for me to adequately read without eye strain. This problem was fixed this year. I also was amazed at the simplicity of the the software as well as the ease of electronically filing this year. By far, this year's software is the best, and most user friendly ever.

Peace of Mind when filing taxes
I have been using TurboTax for the last 7 years and I just can tell that every year I am surprised by the improvements! Reliable, easy to navigate and just in the version I need. I got this year the Audit Defense option given the eventuality that me or my wife could need navigate the Tax System AFTER filing taxes.

Impressive Purchase
