Now my kids use it too
I have used Turbo Tax and it fore runner for several years. It is pretty simple once you have used it once. I got phone calls from my kids regarding their taxes after they left home. They were using other software and couldn't work with them. Now they have switched to Turbo Tax

Still my first choice
I've been using TurboTax for years (since it was called QuickTax) and I'm still very satisfied. The program is easy to use and has helpful hints that pop up at appropriate times.

Long time Turbo Tax user
I have been using this tax software for over 15 years. What I like the most is the ability to carry last years' info to current year return. It speeds it up much faster.
Also, being able to file both spouses' tax return in one session is a big plus. It tranfers the credits and deductions from one to another.
Last but not least, the tax warmings and saving alerts are very useful.
I am an accountant by trade. I have stopped using the old paper and pencil way of completing the tax return since the first time I starting using Turbo Tax. Good job, guys!

great product
The thing I dont like is the subscription paying full price as a returning and valued client I think I should receive a price break or value added sevice. It just upsets me to see same product at retail stores selling at a discount and as much as 50% off. I think a person who regulary subscibes your product, should receive some sort of price break especially having used your product for over 15 years.

I only had one problem that I could not seem to fix within the program. It was about the address line on the Ontario credit form. It kept saying that I had invalid characters in there but I could not find them.

The only issue I had with the software was that my mouse would not scroll the forms pages up or down. I had to use the up down arrows on the right side of the page. Would prefer to be able to use my mouse to scroll.

Headache relief
