Couldnt be more simple
I cant imagine a more simple program! The easy step option makes the whole process so straight forward. Not sure why anyone would pay to have their taxes done! I spent many years preparing taxes the old fashioned way!

Lovin it!
Turbo Tax is amazing. I have used other software and I find that they are frustrating and difficult to use. I love Turbo Tax because it is extremely user friendly. It has many helpful tips. Love this software!

Great deal
We like Turbo Tax and have used it for years and have paid automatically by Mastercard. This year however we got a new computer and when we tried to get on to it we could not so purchased a CD. This means we paid twice. How do we get refunded for the MasterCard purchase?

Great Program
I have used TurboTax for the pass 5 years and I love it. It's easy to follow whether you go with the quick step for first time users or form by form for the more advanced user. If you have a question the Help or Support icon at top of the screen is awesome. Would recommend this to all and it sure is a lot cheaper than going to an accountant to get your personal income tax done. Thumbs up on this product.

Not as complicated as it would seem
EasyStep makes taxes easier than using forms. The price and convenience is better than seeing a professional. You don't need to be a fiscalist or finance expert, you just answer simple questions. Any one can use it.

Been using for years
I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now and would highly recommend it. So easy to use for standard returns and cheaper than going to the big guys to have them do your return and charge 3-4 times the amount to pick up the software in the store. Do my entire family's returns in just one afternoon or evening. Will keep buying for years to come.

Turbo Tax Sales Pitches
Hi...trying to concentrate on entering and filing correctly is stressful, but having to stop and read all the advertising for sell ups is not a good idea. It is actually infuriating.

Improvement
You should be able to print the TAX SUMMARY instead of having to print your entire return. My return plus wife's used a total of 44 pages.
