another year with TurboTax
5th year using TT, 2nd retirement filing. I filed my wife's and my returns in less than an hour. So simple with TT and the new netfile process is great.Took an hour to complete my adult daughter's return and file it.
I will continue to use TT. The longer you use it the quicker it is to file your returns and get your refund.

Gets better every year
This is the easiest program I have ever used. Was recommended to me many years ago, and I said "NO" I am not good enough on the computer, but I was really wrong. As my granddaughter would say..."just Read Grandma and you can do it.

Very easy to use

Medical expenses
Great improvements since last year. User friendly program. I have experienced one problem. I entered medical expenses, but decided not to use them after all. Even though I changed in my profile to "no medical expenses", they still showed up on my tax summary. After few tries, I decided to move from Easy Steps to the actual form. I was then able to remove the expenses that I did not want to include in the 2014 tax year.
I have seen the progress in the program. Great job Turbo Tax.

Easy Peasey

small changes
Overall; Very happy with the product.
Small suggestion: When filing joint returns, where information for both spouses is displayed together, it would be clearer to box each set of information to clearly separate them.
E.g. Disability information where one spouse is caregiver and the other is in receipt of benefits.

Very Easy to Use
Fast and Easy to use. Every deduction is fully explained. Automatically does income splitting and donation optimizer is great. This is 3rd year using it and will continue.

its good
Sometimes you have to go slow, but its easy, it puts everything in basic language and it gives you lots of opportunities to double check your inputs. asks "did we miss any deductions" which is really helpful

TurboxTax Standard so easy to use
We have always filed using the online version of TurboTax but the CD software is a much better value and just as easy to use. Love this program. It really is "dummy proof"

Easiest to use since developed
Loved the product. now in everyday terminology so anyone can understand if it applies to them. Easiest time ever to file compared to previous years. Wish they could condense the print out to the old format of 2 double sided pages not 25 so you don't have to kill a tree to have a copy and excessive storage space,

No brainer
I don't know much about taxes, but this program makes it easy for me to file my taxes on my own, painlessly. No need to go to companies that will charge a ton to file them for you. I have been using it for years now and it gets easier every year as they update the software.

Been using product for years
I remember agonizing for hours over paper forms every year. I wonder how much money I lost by not getting all of my deductions? Let alone the time this product has saved me and my wife. Now, I can relax and enjoy a glass of wine!

This software has helped me out for years
I have used turbotax since I first moved to Canada, in 2004. TurboTax's ease of use is incredible. The program is designed so that anyone can file their taxes without much outside help while maximising your refunds.
My mother, a self employed freelance interpreter, uses turbotax since we found out she can file it through netfile on her own, saving her about a hundred dollars every year.
