Very Satisfied

Excellent tax tool
We have been using Turbo tax for at least 9 years. Some years we have experienced some difficulties with either the printing and particularly with the electronic submission to CRA. This year however Turbo seems to have listened to our concerns over the years and have made this year the best yet. The easy automatic electronic filing is a great improvement.
Good job well done. Keep up the good work!!!

Death
Having to prepare a final return in addition to mine was lengthy an cumbersome. It would be nice if you could indicate whose return should be completed first , and even better if they could be completed together but filed separately. It was a pain continually having to print a return, manually copy figures to the second return, print it, manually compare the returns and then make any corrections and print again .

Easy to use
I use TurboTax every year, and it's very easy to use. I like this year's addition of bookmarks, allowing you to quickly return to another section later on. If you are unsure, there are chat and help options, and you can even pay a small fee to have your tax return Audit-proofed or reviewed by a professional.

Great Product
This product is easy to use but one thing I would like to be able to do is to calculate a total of several items in one field. For example in business use of home when calculating items like electricity it would be advantageous to be able to add the monthly statements together and the total be input with the formulas behind them for verification.
