Happy Turbo Tax User
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets easier. The only thing I wish is that seniors did not have to pay taxes we have paid all of our lives and retired and we still have to pay just to line the politicians pockets not fair. TURBO TAX YOUR ARE GREAT

Keeps getting better

Great product buy the help feature could be better
I have used Turbo tax for the past 5 years. It is a great program that asks you lots of questions to make sure you are getting all the refund that you are entitled to. I love that I can do my spouses return at the same time and that I can use the optimizer feature to figure out who should claim what. My only concern is that the help feature doesn't always have an answer to what I need to know. Overall, it's a great program that is so much better than doing it the paper and pencil way.

Wonderful Product
I have been using Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. It is a wonderful product, very easy and straight forward to use. The only fault that I have with the program is that every year some little thing is changed so that you have to do a couple of returns before you are used to the changes. I have a tax return that is a little bit complicated to do, and although I refer back to previous years to make sure I have all the forms needed filled out, it is still a little bit of a pain with the changes to the program each year. But overall I love the program.

Good and easy to use!
I started Turbo Tax a few years ago and I am very satisfied with it, everybody told me it is not possible to do your own income tax, but once I got Turbo Tax I proved everybody wrong!

Only one complaint
I use TurboTax every year - and I like it (especially this year with the little design changes that made things easier to file) - however, the charitable donations optimizer is really ineffective. It was difficult to use and I ended up having to go back and forth trying out different amounts to split with my spouse to optimize my own return.

Tax for Idiots
If you can read and write English (or French I suppose), then you can file your taxes with TurboTax within minutes. It's so easy and if you aren't sure about something, the help is right there at your fingertips. I've used TurboTax for years and never had any issues of errors or delays in receiving notice of assessment.

Very easy to use!!
This is my 8th year that I have done my taxes for
