I have been using TurboTax for many years, and I realize each year that I complete my taxes, how very fortunate I am to have such a well designed program, that is so easy to follow. I would bet that I am one of the first people in Canada to get my return submitted.
I always complete it the same evening that I download the updated program.

It took a while but easy to do
My mother recently passed away and I had put off filing my income tax for 2013. However, I knew that with Turbo Tax, I could easily get the job done.
It is great to know that you can look up topics and find the answers that you would receive from a CRA representative on the side.
I appreciate the review sections, payment schedules, transfer of information from previous returns and other charts.
I have used Turbo Tax for at least five years and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to save time and money.

Very slick, even better each year
I use TurboTax to manage my own taxes and my wife's but I also find the RRSP calculator to be very helpful to determine how much I will decide to contribute in the first two months of the year. It also allows me to determine what effect different expenses / incomes have on the big picture. The product is good and it continues to get easier to use.
At the end of the 2013 issue, when you're about to file, I love that it automatically Netfiles it for you. That's great. But after you're done Netfiling, it asks you again if you want to file, which is a bit confusing since that step is already done.

Have used other income tax programs i found online that i tried that were USELESS. I couldnt even use them let alone send my return. Within an hour i sent my return with turbotax AND found out i had 1000$ coming back to me. Thank you

Reliable, simple and has a calming colour scheme
I have been using this product since its inception. It has always been reliable, and clear to follow instructions. It has also taught me some of the intricacies of taxation accounting.

Tax returns made easy

TurboTax trial for 2014
screen appearance and font type is more better. location of the help is transferred to the left. it doesn't matter to me on the left or on the right. Some question are the same and some were clearer and easier to understand.

Very Easy even for a beginner

Easy to use!
