Easiest and cheapest tax return EVER!!!!
I have used Turbo Tax for 3 years now for my children and their spouses. As long as you follow the clear precise line by line instructions, anyone can do it. I have run into problems e-filing before because I am not good with computers and would have problems finding the file to send after visiting the CRA web site but this year (2013) was an awesome surprise to simply click and send as well as receive a confirmation from CRA immediately. I started out years ago with a paper, mailed in tax form, calculator and instruction manual in hand. What a change. I could do 20 returns in the time it used to take to do 1. Couple this amazing program with direct deposit and who needs the others.

Great way to do taxes
I have used turbo tax for more than a decade. I have yet to be disappointed with the results. I especially like the interview method of filling out the forms. It has made both our personal and business taxes much easier and less expensive to do. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and highly recommend it!!!

great for another year
excellent that I can go back and revisit file and what I have filed. Better that now that my status has changed, I can go in and advise that my marital status has changed officially - 90 days.. :) woo woo!
Lets get on with filing now as separated and joint custody and filing child support payments. Just thrilled!

2013 return - very easy
I wanted to compare the results of the hand written income tax return results to the turbotax results. I got sooo frustrated with the T1 General 2013 tax return that I never did complete it. TurbTax was easy to use and file.
I have an extremely simple tax return.

Makes Tax Time Easy and Painless
I've used TurboTax (quickTax before that) for many years and I've always felt it's been money well spent. It's reached a point where after importing my return from the year before, doing my taxes is a matter of an hour or so. A cup of coffee and TurboTax and it's all done for another year!!

working with "what if" files
As a user of TurboTax I like to use different scenarios to see how different variations of my income and expenses affect my taxes. What I find confusing is when I am in one of my scenarios I can't see which it is. I would like to see the name of the file I'm in showing on the top left of the screen. Also when I go to save the file, the only title I am shown is the title of my main file that I will send to CRA. I get nervous about messing up my actual file and wind up spending time going through that file to make sure nothing has changed.

Best tax software
Have used now for 10 years always gets the job done. ONe thing that could be done to improve the product is to allow it to use the default browser which I use Firefox. I never use internet Explorer and it messes up my computer when it tries to launch. I have said this before and it is about time to fix it!

Every Year
We use this program every year and really like it. It takes you through everything and makes it simple. Only have to search the Northern living deduction. Everything else is step by step. I only wish there were a version for Mac that is not the online version. A great way to do taxes because you know you are doing them properly.

My only improvement suggestion would be to be able to go to more specific areas within the the tabs more easily, without, for example, having to go to all sections of Deductions to get to Moving Expenses. Otherwise, great product:)!

turbo tax standard
I found it really easy to use and also it helped me find other ways to cut my income and claim the max I could. I would never have known about these ways to save money if it had not been for turbo tax. I have used this product for 3 yrs now.

Very User Friendly
Turbo Tax Standard is a very easy to use program. I really liked the interview questions at the beginning that helped summarize the forms I would need and then prompted me for information from all my various slips, charitable donation receipts, etc. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone who has a relatively straight forward return to prepare.
