Magnificent Creation
Turbo Tax is the only product for me. It is set up for ease of the user, especially if you're not in the 'Forms' mode. The review, helpful hints, smart tips and warnings are the icing on the cake.

Great but one issue
I have been using this software for a number of years now and there is this little irritating glitch that has been there forever. If you have to go back over your rental property statements it drops out your partner data (name, address, and percentage ownership) for some reason and you end up having to re-enter it every time you go back into these pages.

So easy to use my 6 year old can do it
I love turbo tax! I have used it every year for the last 6 years and I have gotten back twice as much than if I went through a tax place. Now I have my friends using it, even friends that are self-employed and have businesses find it very easy to use. If you forget something, you can click the take me to button and it will take you to that page.

Very Happy Multiple Year User

So worth it!

Simple, simple, fast
I used Turbo Tax for the third time. Installation was fast and simple. Collecting data from 2012 returns simplified entering 4 family returns for 2013. I used Easy Steps mode which guided me through all the forms I needed. It took almost the time to enter my T4 to do the whole return. Filing using NETFILE took seconds. My return included two dependants so it was not trivial. I believe I got maximum possible refund and it took me an hour - including listening to mp3 and chcecking the e-mail- to do 4 returns. Great product, great service.

Best Investment
I would highly recommend TurboTax. I have been using it for as long as I have been completing online tax returns, beginning with Quick Tax. I am able to prepare my own tax return, and those of family and friends; all for the single price of one TurboTax program. I do so with confidence, knowing the personal information submitted is secure.

TurboTax again - Love it!
I had done the taxes for my family before I had tax to pay and ever since. A couple of years ago, a fellow that I carpooled with mentioned that he'd always submitted his families' (yes, plural) taxes electronically and used TurboTax. After I did some internet comparison review and spoke with a number of other people, I followed his lead and purchased TurboTax.
WOW, what a difference. Unlike my previous high tension, constant review, method, TurboTax was a breeze. A huge difference, noticed by my family too.
OK, I won't say that it makes paying taxes pleasurable, but it does make the process easier and faster. I am more certain that I have completed the returns correctly and positive that I have eliminated arithmetic errors.
About the value of TurboTax... I'm frugal and have always found it on sale. My wife hates that! She sees how much easier, faster, and less stressful using TurboTax is and will gladly pay full price. So, every year at tax time part of my mission is to hold her off! That said, I'd buy it at full price too - IF I missed a sale.
