Great Product!
I have been using TurboTax for many years now and I have never had any problems using it. It takes you step by step through everything with no worries of mistakes. Great product! I highly recommend it.

Straight forward & easy
This is my second year using TurboTax. The software's "life events" approach makes filing your taxes more intuitive. The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. Well worth the cost.

Whatever you need is there
No matter what my situation the package is complete with all the necessary forms and each year improvements have been made. I have been using this package from the initial days QuickTax and I was one of the first to Netfile. This package make tax time tolerable

Easy filing with Turbo Tax
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now, and it truly makes tax season a lot easier! There are many helpful hints and prompts as you work your way through your return, making it easy to avoid mistakes. Well worth the money!

I have used this product for years.
It is getting better to use with more updated inline information directed to my circumstances. Unlike other online apps and programs that seem to get harder to use this program is worth the money.

Great Program

great purchase

Box 28 issue
There was no reason for having 2 of box 28 in the software. Your phone assistance did not have it in his version so I emailed your help desk. They contacted me a few times, but they never did have a rational reason for this stupidity. This really had me upset that, apparently it was my fault for not expecting multiples of this box, even though there are no other boxes in multiples in the software. Still sounds like a glitch to me.
When it came time to Netfile, I quickly got over being upset and confused. NetFile now takes less than 10 seconds. For the last decade or so of using this and or QuickTax, I always had to search my hard drive for "special Tax file" to submit. Now read and agree to the disclaimer and hit submit. PERFECT, finally!!!

Great value
The support I received made this a great value. I had computer problems twice and they were able to reset my installation key so I could use my program on a newer computer and file on time. Thanks for the great support from the chat line.

Long Term User

First time
This is the first time I have ever used an electronic tax return. Prior to this year I have gone the old way with a pencil and calculator. I was impressed with how everything was calculated for me. I can't see ever going back to the old way. I now have reviewed other programs and didn't find it as user friendly as turbotax.

Turbo Tax
I have used Turbo Tax, formerly Quick Tax, for as long as the software has been in the market place and I can't say any thing bad of the software because there is none. Keep up the good work. It makes our tax filing that much simpler.

Great Tax Program

Really Helpful!
As a person who's really new to the working adult life, taxes seemed like a really daunting task. Seriously though, what's with all these forms and numbers?! TurboTax had not only an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly presentation, but was incredibly thorough as well as quick to use. I'm confident that all my bases are covered and my tax return was done properly.

Great program but one suggestion
In the Year over Year Comparison screen, you should have 2012 (previous year) in the first column and 2013 in the second column, followed by Change. It is very confusing the way it is. Thank you.

Great software as always
Best tax software out there. Anybody paying to have their returns done (especially if fairly basic) is crazy. The software makes it easy and very hard to mess up. Personally I have a self-employed commission based business, multiple rental properties, donations, investments, rrsps, capital gains and losses, etc and the standard version always does everything I need and does it very well. I also do my brother's and his wife's taxes and my mom and dad's and another friend and one purchase of the software lets me do all this easily, quickly and accurately and for way, way, way less than anybody would charge to do it and I know it is done right since many of these 'tax preparation' places are horrible and do a very poor job.
