PAINLESS TAXES
I have used Turbo Tax now for 5 years and it makes filing taxes almost pain-free. It is as easy as putting in the numbers and Turbo Tax does the rest. As well, it provides tips along the way and reviews at the end to make sure you get all that you qualify for. I will continue to use!

Totally Satisfied
I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 10 years now and I highly recommend it to everyone. I called for customer support yesterday and was looked after by a very knowledgeable associate who resolved my issues and even stayed on the phone with me for almost three hours until he made sure that all of my files from 2008 to-date were transferred from my old computer to my new laptop. Hats-off to Turbo Tax!

the ideal program
I have used turbo-tax to do my return, and my wife's and children's, since it first came out. Before that, for a bit of pocket money, I did simple tax returns for others for about 15 years. This system, as it has been refined over the years, is excellent for the average filer, although I must admit, the sales pitches within the system have gotten a bit tiring. Regardless, I can't see using or recommending any other system for online, electronic use, over the years.

awesome program
I would like to see improvements in the area of claiming attendent's care expenses vs the disability credit. I find the rules confusing and had difficulty finding the appropriate line to record the attendent's care expenses for a client of mine. I prefer to use the Forms route rather than the Easy Step route.

Will Always Use
This is my third year using Turbo Tax and I would not use anything else, it is quick and the questions are clear and if any information is needed at any step it is readily available. Never would have thought about sharing income, etc. all medical and charitable donation also easy.
