So easy
Again, using Turbo Tax, was a great experience. I just love the easy to follow steps. Wish keeping track of all the paper was a easy as using this program. Paper keeps getting misplaced, but this program keeps me on track.

Has improved over time
I have used this program for a number of years, and see improvements each time. They have finally made the non-adjustable, unnecessarily small screen print large enough for ageing eyes (I have multifocal lenses with a strong correction, which makes small print even smaller). It is somewhat frustrating to go back to a section and have to start from the beginning, but perhaps I should have made better use of the flags. Also, when I entered my interest earned, I did not find a specific place in the EasyStep forms to record interest without a specific slip; I had to go to the form and add it on a line there, then deal with a "difference" between the total recorded income and the reported income that included only the income with slips (still was accepted on the final netfile).

excellent product, however...
I held off buying the 2013 Turbotax edition due to the fact that the English version was very difficult to find in Montreal. It was only toward the end of March that I found English copies in a store in Montreal's West Island area. I would point out that it is not illegal in Quebec to display products with English packaging, as long as a French version is available in the same space. This was particularly galling to me as I live in a predominantly Anglo area of the city.
Also, I fail to see why the French version is marketed as "deluxe" while the same version in English is labelled as "standard". Is the English version lacking any of the features provide in the English version?
On more thing - the product packaging does not indicate that the English "standard" version contains Quebec tax forms. This left me wondering if I would need to purchase the French version.
If these issues aren't addressed in time for next year's version, I'll seriously consider purchasing a different product or working directly online with a different product.
