Gets Better Each Year
Each year I purchase this product, each year it has a few tweaks to make it better. This year, the Netfile was the easiest yet. You don't have to save in the .tax format, that is all done and the confirmation number and date filed is put into the program in addition to having the option or print a pdf.

Turbo Tax becomes easier in 2013
The Easy Steps feature in 2013 is a big improvement over the 2012 tax software. However, there was still a need to go to the individual forms. Overall, Turbo Tax is a very user-friendly, comprehensive electronic tax return system. I used TurboTax for the first time in 2012.

Fast and easy
I have used Turbo tax now for the second year and found bit to be easy to follow and fast to prepare as the individual steps lead you through the proper order.

Excellent program
This is an excellent program, easy to use, easy to navigate. I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years, and find it improves every year. It's easy to file two linked returns as well, as the program automatically transfers unused portions of deductions of spouses and dependents. This year Turbo Tax made Net Filing super easy - a feature I really appreciated.

Easy to Use
I have been filing my return electronically ever since the service became available. Every year the process becomes faster and easier. This year was the fastest and the easiest ever. "Easy Steps" makes it a simple matter of entering this years info. The calculations are immediate and the filing part took about 3 seconds.

Easy to Use
This year turbo tax has made some very good changes. It was much easier to netfile than previous years, however I did find that changing or saving your return was more difficult. I am pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

Problem
Very good product, have used it for more than 12 years. Needs to be improved for T5013 - some boxes are too small eg my Partner's Share box 005 is .0002%, Filer's account #was 15 characters, some box #s are used, but are not to be reported (113)!, the dates for fiscal period could be better handled. It took me more time to handle some T5013 forms than most of the rest of the forms. (A copy name function would be useful in Medical because many drugs purchased from the same store)

Turbo Tax Stardard 2013
I liked the program, but it did not ask me to pull information from the previous years program for my personal information, and I got half filling out my wife's and my info before I manually transferred the information from the previous year.
I would have also liked to sign up to have turbo tax renewed yearly, but I am not sure if I will get a double copy of 2013, or if it will start sending me 2014, as the product says 2013. The site also had spelling errors in title information which makes me uneasy.

I have been using TurboTax since it fix came on the market, through QuickTax, and now back to TurboTax. The changes are impressive and the ease has improved greatly, especially this year's netfile -What I boone!

Makes taxes easy

Excellent except...
I've been relying on Turbo Tax to file our tax returns (Canada and Québec) for years. The only area for improvement is to make the federal/provincial inputs and help/tax tips simpler to understand. Many items may require be different strategies (eg, carrying forward medical expense or donations) but the inputs and or help are merged.

Great Product
Tax returns for dummies, literally! This product is extremely easy to use and it's quick and painless. I recommend everyone use it, especially if you have a simple return, don't pay someone to do it, just buy the software and pay yourself.
