this software is the best. it is very user friendly and comes with help over phone or chat tab...... wonderful. there are tips under highlighted tabs that help/explain in layman terms....................for real! i will use it forever!! keep up the great work turbo tax!!!!

PRETTY GOOD
Easy to understand prompts. Only thing I would say is the Help sometimes uses legal terms; it might be better to have examples or use layman terms to explain to general public. Thanks!

At Home and quick
I loved the effectiveness and easy use of Turbo tax. Sharing the program with friends and family to save cost, not having to leave my home and the ability to file online. How much better can it get.
Way to go Turbo tax, you really considered all potential consumers in the creation of this program.

Easy to use!
I have used this program for 9 years in a row and I'm very happy with it.
Is easy to use, has a very good help, option to get help from community or from a tax specialist.
The Easystep (interview style) option for filing you taxes is very helpful for those that have no special knowledge about taxes.
Good value for the money!

Feel the turbo!
I've used Turbo Tax when it was Quick Tax. It just gets easier every year - best, easiest way of doing your taxes.
.....also didn't hurt that I got a refund!

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and highly recommend it for simple tax returns. Only thing I didn't like this year was the inserts regarding Wills. One reminder would be good enough I don't like ads showing up while I am working on my taxes.

medical expenses needs improvement
You need to improved that chart for medical expenses. I think it is difficult to understand. Why not have the evaluation say if you should claim any medical expenses this year to decrease the taxes you pay or hold the receipts until next year.

Money Well Spent
I LOVE Turbo Tax. It makes filing our Income Tax so easy. I'm a hands-on person and want to do it myself, not give it to an accountant or a Tax-Preparation Service. Turbo Tax allows me to do that. I've been using TT for years and it seems like every year you make some small change that makes it even better. Kudos to your design staff.
