Works every year
This software never fails me or my family. We have different requirements and the standard version works for both employment income and also for pension income only returns.

It Flows
I find Turbo Tax easy to use because it flows smoothly from one section to the next. It has helpful tips available and comprehensive help files.

Easy to use
Love the program! I do sign up for the automatic purchase next year and am usually disappointed to see it for less at Costco etc. One would think that the best price would be online directly from the company. Other than this issue, great program.

Great Customer Service
I had a few questions with the years filing due to some changes in the family. I had called the help centre and received unbelievable service. The guy who helped me was super patient and showed no frustration as I discovered I had even more questions. Doing taxes is a yucky enough job and talking to someone who was positive, thorough and helpful made a huge difference. I learned a lot in the process and will continue to use this product for years to come.

Great Purchase
Have used this pgm and its predecessor for many years with little or no difficulty. Found netfiling much easier with the 2013 version. Only negative was the income splitting was less intuitive and it took me some digging to find the right form and ensure I clicked the right spots, etc. Will be using again in 2014.

Well worth the money!
Very easy to use. Easiest year ever. Most importantly the Net file was the best. Very quick and safe and effortless! I enjoyed doing my own taxes this year but having the Turbo Tax net file for me was the greatest!

Tax was complicated this year, so paid an accountant big bucks to do my taxes, then for "fun" did them myself using TurboTax and came out with the same result. Made me feel very confident in the accuracy of TurboTax.

Need this for Apple
This is excellent software and I have been using it for years. However I have moved from microsoft to apple and this software is apparently not available for apple. It should be. I got around this problem this time by restoring my old microsoft computer and struggled through downloading the program. Apple is growing so please get with it and update your approach and make this software available for us apple users as well.

Only one for me
This is the BEST tax preparation software bar none. I tried a competitive product about 5 years ago and absolutely hated it - complex and unfriendly - no wonder it was cheap!!

Many Years A Believer!
I have used Turbo Tax, and before that Quick Tax for as many years as they have been offering it. Each year the process of filing my income tax just gets easier! I have had assessments done on my taxes, and each time, it was my mistake inputting to the program, and not the programs mistake. I feel comfortable that the tax is completed accurately, professionally, and with so little hassle.
