Very helpful
Preparation went very well this year and Netfile worked much better than previously. Since the Government is supposed to be encouraging Canadians to file electronically, I would like to see a tax credit to offset the cost of the software or else the Government should make it available for free. I understand that if a 'tax preparer' does a return, the cost of preparation can be used as a tax credit so software cost should receive the same treatment.

Been Using This For Years
Turbo Tax is easy to use and multiple family members can file on one Turbo Tax disc. As well, they improved the filing feature that now only includes pressing a button. Super easy and economical!

Best Purchase Ever
Thank you for making tax time hassle free year after year. Although I don't use the net file portion, ( I prefer to take it a tax service for e-file as an extra buffer between the government and myself.) I find it fast and very reliable. Thanks again....Jon

Easy to do.

Easy to use
TurboTax is easy to use, even by "Techno-Peasants," like myself. As long as you assemble all your forms and other documents before you start the entire process from entering information to net-filing is very user friendly.
My one word of caution is read the incorporated "promotional" pages for items such as Will preparation, Audit Defence carefully, because at the end you way end up ordering all of them instead of just the ones you want. When these "promo" pages appear make sure you push your buttons carefully!

Ease of Use
Easy to use, the program asks you lots of questions to ensure that it does not miss any deductions, credits that are available to you, and any pertinent information based on what you tell it.
Very user friendly, and much improved graphic user interface.
New Ease of automatic filling at the end. Definitely recommend people to understand their household finances and do their taxes themselves to understand how the world works.

Very good overall
The package was very easy to use. There are 2 improvements which I would like to see to make it more productive. It needs the ablity to copy and paste both within Turbo Tax and also fron outside sources into Turbo Tax. I did not find the use of the help function very intuitive.
