Money savings
Like many Canadians, I've been to tax companies that charge up to and over 100$ to do a return year after year. When you have to pay Revenue Canada money in the first place it makes it an even tougher pill to swallow because you get charged a fair bit to even have your taxes done. Since using Turbo Tax I've saved hundreds of dollars for myself and my family. I love using Turbo Tax and will continue to use it.

Better than...
I used Turbo Tax for the first time this year and I am sorry that I haven't done so in the past. This is the best and easiest tax software I have ever used. I'll be back again next year!

EXCELLENT!
For a dummy who knows nothing about Income Tax this is an excellent programme. Without it my wife and I would be at a terrible disadvantage. I feel that, with this and the possible future help from Turbo Tax's professional help if it is needed, we can sleep at nights after filing our returns.

My First Time
After years of sitting at the kitchen table with forms, erasers, pencils, and a calculator my wife and I finally decided to make the move to Turbo Tax. We had heard very good reports and that it was a very user friendly program. I'm very happy to confirm that what we were told was absolutely true. Ease of use
For years I did our taxes then they became complicated. I was afraid we were cheating ourselves .So, I had our taxes done by an accountant for the past 4 years. Now we are retired and every penny counts. The accountant and tax prep services were becoming expensive. I decided to try Turbo Tax (it was on sale). It was so easy to use! I am techno challenged but found everything flowed smoothly. I enjoyed having something else do the math and fill out the forms. Best of all, I could try different ways of preparing the taxes to determine which would benefit both of us. I did not electronically file our returns but the program printed all I was required to send including copies for my records. The tips were very useful. I think I will do this again next year.

Easy and Accurate
I am a CPA CA and been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. Always easy to use and results accurate . Never had an issue arising from return preparation. Great value compared to commercial tax services and highly recommend.

EASY TO USE AND QUICK
THE OPTIMIZERS WORK VERY WELL FOR THOSE WITH SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES IN INCOME AND RETIRED WITH ONE PENSION, AS WELL FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES. THE CHANGES THIS YEAR IN NET FILING MAKE IT MUCH EASIER TO FILE THE RETURN. THE ABILITY TO SAVE A PDF FILE IS ANOTHER PLUS. I HAVE USED INTUIT'S PRODUCT FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND IT CONTINUES TO IMPROVE.

Does the job
Used for many years, I do not use easy step. I enter directly into the forms. I know my way around the tax form so for me that is the easier method. Beginners may find some things confusing such as the choices when you think you are finished and what if any forms you should or need to print. Some of the questions around capital gains and expenses or when to claim them are also confusing for beginners. If you have simple tax returns it is a piece of cake as long as you follow directions and read before imputing.
Wish you could print the page with the confirmation number after net filing, you need to write it by hand

best ever
This product is the best. Every year I have problems doing my taxes. One of my friends uses Turbo Tax and suggested that I give it a try . It sounded to difficult at first, but once I started it, it was so easy to use. I could not believe how easy it is. I tell everyone about Turbo Tax. I am hooked.

Type is too small
The program is good and I've been using it for years although my biggest problem is that the typeface is so small I find it really hard to read. There is lots of room on each page so I don't know why they can't make the type a little larger so that us aging boomers can read it easier. Other than that I like the product.
