Great Tax Software
We have been using TurboTax for our tax software for many many years, and every year it has improved. Very easy to use and user friendly.
One complaint is that repeat and long time customers should get bigger discount, rather than being charged a higher price compared to the price at the stores.

Takes the "taxing" out of taxes
TurboTax is convenient, easy to use and accurate. The input of medical expenses is a bit tedious if you have a lot of them, like I do, but I'm sure they are working on that. The e-file and autofill features which connect you seamlessly to the CRA website are quick and easy to use.

Works as advertised
I have done 3 returns this year and the 3rd went well. I had problems with the first two but that appears to be my fault - Advice: chose a method and stick with it. I jumped back and forth betweens the easy step and forms and missed some parts. Take your time.

Way to improve
TurboTax should provide more help to complete the property tax info on the Ontario form. It is not clear whether the rental amount box is for one month or for the whole year. Best to say montly amount and have it calculate for the number of months you just entered. Most renters will not know the amount of the rent goes towards property taxes. I figured it out because a revised property tax note from the City of Hamilton says they assume that 20% of the rent goes towards property taxes.

Very Good Functionality
For the most part the software worked very well. It saved time and is very good at keeping one on the right track. There were two problems when downloading from My Account on CRA from TurboTax. One tax slip of one account was not downloaded and had to enter manually. A second account did not download any tax slips. Also after netfiling the feature for accessing the Notice of Assessment from TurboTax did not work. but this was not a necessary function so when it failed was able to just skip it. The login to My Account was denied which seemed to be a CRA issue not TurboTax.
