Easy and a No Brainer
The step by step instructions are very good, and the quick access to questions are very helpful and frequently point out items that I may not have thought of. The new Netfile procedure is excellent and much easier than the old system.

taxes made easy
It's hard having to file taxes by hand. With TurboTax you just enter in the information in the easy to find forms and it transfers the numbers for you automatically. It makes filing your taxes and your spouses return easy by allocating where donations should be placed. Well worth the saved time.

Bravo Turbo Tax
I've used Turbo Tax for years and love it. Its great value for the money as you can file several tax returns with one program. This is especially good for families who want to save money. The Easy Step option is the one I use as the forms are confusing to me. Best ever program.

Great program
There can't be an easier way to file taxes. I did my return, my wife's (including business and childcare income and benefits) in less than 2 hours from sitting down with all my papers to netfile.

I had the opportunity to trial this version before this product was released. I was happy with it then but having used it to file my return I am happy to say that it is even better than I had anticipated. Easy to use and well set up for finding answers to questions that arise.

It has never been easier
For years I struggled to do my own taxes. Finally gave up and started using a well known service. Loved getting cash back but hated paying the price that kept going up every year. Then my sister recommended Turbo Tax and I have never looked back. I can do it on my own time and file right away. It's easy!! And Turbo Tax answers all my questions in simple easy to understand language. Thanks to Turbo Tax I file on time and it's hassle free.

Good Customer Service
I've been using this program for over 6 years now and have never had an issue. This year I had a problem updating the software. I contacted Intuit, their customer service rep was professional and completely solved the problem quickly. I was impressed.

2013 TurboTax Standard Review
This is a great program - I've used it for years, and I've never had any problem completing my taxes. The instructions are clear, and the help contents are handy for when I'm unsure of anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that TurboTax now has a feature to automatically Netfile one's taxes - what a great option! This made filing really simple - I hope this feature is carried forward to future tax years.

one tiny suggestion
Mostly very easy to use and it gets more streamlined each year. However, I forgot to deduct my safety box rental until after all had been done ... luckily before I netfiled ... and I then had to search quite hard in the forms to find the spot to do this. Remedying this made a difference of approx $40 in my favour. Specific prompts at the appropriate times NAMING a possible oversight of deduction opportunity such as this, would be helpful.

Love the product
