I Don't Know What I would Do Without TurboTax!
Seriously - I completely rely on having TurboTax every year to quickly and efficiently complete my taxes and file online. I have been using the product and it's Quicktax predecessor for over twenty years. I would not consider doing our taxes any other way.

Quality program easy to use
Most of Turbo tax is self explanatory and easy to use, occasionally I have questions that are not answered by the tips or help information.

Solid Product
This software continues to improve each year. I am particularly impressed with the interview & subsequent step by step movement thru the tax return. The links to "tax information help" throughout the program are for the most part very useful & give the user a high level of confidence that information is being input correctly. The various "optimize tools" are also very useful in the completion of the tax return.

Exceptionally Easy
This is the second year I've used this product and I am very happy with how easy it is to use. I'm not a numbers person so it's nice to have a product that walks you through step by step. Also, the link to Netfile is also very helpful. Thx much!

Taxes Simplified
The new way to Net File was MUCH easier than last year with Turbo Tax. This was an excellent product improvement for the user. I will continue to use this product for my tax filings!

Need an OSX version
While the PC version is excellent, I wish there were a MAC version (not an on-line one).
The only reason I keep a PC around is to run Turbo Tax!

Another simple task done
Despite some challenging changes to our "tax" year in 2013, Turbo Tax worked us through the steps "no muss, no fuss" and the on line chat helped with a couple of questions that I was concerned about.

turbotax standard.
Have used this program for years but will after this year have a problem as I have bought a surface 2 and can only load programs through the ap store. Would appreciate being able to get program to run on my sureface 2 for next yea.

Excellent program, easy to use from one-step to forms and looking up extra information. Great having the year-to-year comparisons so will always continure purchasing this program each year. Great of efiling or printing. All around great program. Have used it for as long as I've done electronic taxes and will continue until I hand it over to someone else to do. - which will not be for a long time yet.

best software for tax return
I have been using Turbo tax for more than 10years it has greatly simplified tax returns for the family.
one serious flaw is that it does not use default browser if you happen to use Firefox for instance resulting in some crashing when it uses a browser. The help could be a little more "intuit"ive . . . like sensing when you are having a problem . . .

Have used thhis for years.
I have used this program for over 10 years now for both my taxes and my mother's. It is easy to use and allows me to calculate how much I can put into my RRSPs to avoid paying taxes. The fact that I have income from both Canada & the U.S. it saves me the headache of finding the correct forms to file. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great up until the last page
TurboTax is easy to use and flows well. My only criticism is the very last page after a return is filed. Although the page does indicate that the return was successfully filed, it still provides the option of printing and filing by mail or "done with filing." It gives the impression that electronic filing may not have been successful. Is this last page really necessary?
