dependable and trustworthy
Have been using TT for years and have seen it evolve into a dependable and trustworthy application which is `glitch` free. Use to live in Québec where income tax laws and procedures are quite different from other provinces. TT made the process as painless as it could be.

Have Always used Turbo Tax
I have been usung Turbo Tax for my whole family since it first became available. It is the easiest, simplest and best priced product on the market. Netfiling has become simpler as well.

So Easy and Thorough
I have used TurboTax since before it was called TurboTax. This is an easy program to use and it covers everything we need. It is also reasonably priced. The support options are excellent.

General Comment
I have been using the product from before it was Quick tax and now Turbo Tax. I am always pleased with the user friendliness, given that the tax process is not very user friendly.
Over the years, my tax situations has grown in complexity; however, turbo tax has made the process tolerable.
On the opportunities that I have used the Tax Advisor option, I found it very helpful and the interaction very professional and geared to my personal situation.

sooo easy
I am a faithful user of this program and find it so easy to use and understand, I am not very good at stuff like this and am always wary of making a mistake but turbo tax makes the job a lot easier!! I would and do recommend this to anyone who will listen!!

EASY TO FOLLOW
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE USED TURBOTAX AND HAD NO PROBLEM FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS TO COMPLETE OUR TAX RETURNS FOR 2013 FOR MY HUSBAND, MYSELF AND OUR COLLEGE AGE SON.

easier than you think
I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This year, for the first time, I knew I had to deal with capital gains tax including applying capital losses from previous years. I was initially concerned that I'd have to use a tax service to complete my return this year. But with Turbo Tax I didn't have to. A few easy steps allowed me to handle this new situation quickly and accurately.

Easy Peasy Tax Returns

So Easy to Use

Enjoyed the program better than the competition
I found this program to be more user friendly than the competition. I used the competition for the past 3 years and was disappointed with the new program for 2013. TurboTax provided me the assistance that the competition could not provide.

Usefull tool & very easy to use.
I used Quicktax for several years & now TurboTax. Over the many years I've filed returns for family & friends & have had many different things to include. Small businesses, moving, rental income, renovations, marriages, separations, single people, purchase & sale of property, investments, filed for seniors, & many other situations. I've never had a problem following TurboTax to cover everything. Love it.
