Hate doing taxes.
Have used Turbo for over 10 years. Presnetly retired and only do for the family and immediate friends. Still hate the job of doing taxes. Done them now for over 60 years. First one my gross income was less than 2000. dollars.

Excellent Value. Easy to use.
One suggestion: For the tax balance owing I indicated I would pay via Interac Bank Payment, but didn't learn or realize until later that this can only be done provided the amount owing falls within your authorized daily or weekly Interac limit at the Bank. Suggest that where this option is selected that a Warning be inserted to alert all users that the amount to be paid must be within the authorized Bank limit, before they select this option.

Thankyou side screen help section
TurboTax worked well for me this year. I had a problem with the Business Income and couldn't Netfile because of error message. The side screen Question and Answer section had my exact question already posted with an answer. Saved me hours trying to figure it out and avoiding long waits on the phone. Then, I think, if the problem was there, why couldn't TurboTax prevent it in the first place? Maybe this small glitch will be fixed by next year.

TurboTax Ease Of Use
This is a great product for the average user and non-computer tech. It is very simple and guides you thru ought the steps with reminders at important stages. You do not have to be fit in the busy schedules of the Tax Preparers time table. I love the ability to do the work at my place and pace. The help line and tips are just great. One Gazilion Bonus, you can do your Partnes's Return at the same time and compare prior year as a double check. I am using the product for more that 8 years and have no complaints. Just love it.

A splendid programme. It is easy to use, gives advice along the way and if yuou need iy, you cn talk to an expert who will give advice, sometiems disappointinmg, byt accurate. With Turbotax you probably don't need an accountantm unless your finances are very complicated.
