Easy to Use

Wow Another Tax Year Completed
TurboTax has done it again! It made filing taxes for both of us quick and as hassle free as possible. the new process for NetFiling is soo fast. What a great purchase. TurboTax gets better every year.

Turbo Tax
I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and have never had a problem doing my taxes, nor any issues with Revenue Canada. I believe this is the best value for my money!

Great value
It really couldn't be easier or more convenient. I have done my own - or had my father do mine - for years, but decided to give the TurboTax a shot - could not have been happier - provides quick advice. The only negative I would point to is the amount of ads for upgrades or getting a will - I thought it was a little much but in no way would it prevent me from getting the app year after year...

I help a few friends with taxes and normally the program just takes care of everything in a systematic manner. One issue I had with my own taxes was solved by calling the help desk and they took a lot of time to solve my issue. They definitely took the time to take extra steps to help me.

Potential improvements
Although I found the software easy to use, I was a little confused at the end when came the time to go from printing to Net file. I expected to go there by clicking continue. I had to go to menu line. I also would have liked to see the age amount workksheet so as to see the calculation that reduced my eligible amount.

so easy!
This was, by far the easiest, fastest and most helpful tax filing system I have ever used. Answers all your questions even before you think to ask them! Excellent......this is the way I will be filing from now on. Now let's see what the Govn't states on that good 'ol "reassessment"!
