easy to use
I have used Turbo tax for many years to file for my family and a few friends. I find it helpful, and easy to follow. It takes all the work out of filing. Yes I would recommend it to others.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, improved further from previous years. Would be even better if the system remembers where you jump from, and provide you an option to go to another form or location once you are done within the Easy Steps than to go through the entire Review and Tips all over again

Better than last year's
I find our taxes are not too difficult to do by hand but it's almost impossible not to make mistakes while doing so. As a result, I started using tax software long ago. I settled on TurboTax's predecessor many years ago and have continued up to the present version without major complaints. However, I have found that this year's version is much improved over last year's, in two specific areas that merit comment: automatic NETFILING, and the handling of T-slip inputs.
It just makes a painful process that much easier and quicker!

Long time user - big time fan
As someone who bridges the gap between the old paper world and the new software world, I can say TurboTax is not only a timesaver, it is a smart assistant driving you towards an error-free, maximized tax return. TurboTax helps me and my family pay less tax and get back from the government the credits we are entitled to. For that, I am willing to pay for their expertise every year, absolutely!

ALWAYS Great!
Every year my father-in-law buys Turbo Tax, and we all file with the included licences. Every year it's easy, and I get a ton of money back! Turbo Tax optimizes all the info to generate the best returns for me and my wife, and it's super easy.
With the new integration with NETFILE, it even easier, since I don't even have to leave the program to file - Turbo Tax walks me through the entire return - start to finish!
If you're looking for tax software, PLEASE stop looking and just buy Turbo Tax!

Takes the pain out of paying taxes!
Using Turbo Tax has made doing and filing our taxes so much easier and less painful! It's so simple. All you have to do is gather up all your tax receipts/documents, and follow along with the program. It tells you all you need to know and when you're done, you feel like you're getting the best results possible.

Makes things easy!
We've been using this program to help us file our return for a few years now and appreciate is user-friendly format. It allows us to avoid calculation mistakes and gives us tips on how to maximise our return, which is why the few dollars spent to buy the program is worth it for us. Best Purchase for the Past 7 years running
I have purchased TurboTax for the past 7 years and have had amazingly easy and fast returns for myself and my husband. Not only does it upload information from last years return, once submitted returns are back in our banks in a very short time. Thanks TurboTax!

Always the best
As usual, excellent software. It seems as though lots of background items are being executed (wisely and efficiently) in the background. Two items (the 'Optimizers') were somewhat confusing - I did eventually resolve the issues though. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Loyalty Pricing
I highly recommend the program. I did experience some problems with the Optimizers this year but worked through it on my own. I have been purchasing the program automatically every year from Intuit and download it from the website. I have found that the program is available in retail stores at a price approximately $10 cheaper than I pay by subscribing. I think Intuit should make an effort to provide reduced pricing to loyal users who subscribe annually.
