User friendly
Been using TurboTax for 4 years or so and I still can't believe how easy it is to use. Everything is just a click away so you don't need to be a computer savy to use it. If you know how to read and click, you'll do just fine preparing your own tax.

Exceptional Product
Turbo Tax continues each year to make the program easier to use. It's simple and quick. I had all my documents together before I sat down so it only took me an hour to complete from entry to filing and recieving my confirmation number.

I have been using Turbo tax for over 12 years and have always enjoyed using this software. As the years go on the software gets better and friendlier to use. There is online help as well as help in the software, very user friendly I find. So I would recommend this software package to others and they will enjoy do ing there taxes.

Noticably improved this year

Excellent program
I had an interpretation problem, and used the Turbo Tax assistance text service. The repsojnse was quick and effective. The technician asked for details on the problem, sought help while I was online, and provided a solution. It was all settled in 20 minutes. Great service.

User friendly
Thanks for simplifying the netfile process. In past yrs, it was the only part I had problems with. Very user friendly. Easy to roam from one section to another. Appreciate the transfer process. Quick and simple. Helpful hints are great. Nevertheless, I do not appreciate all the marketing for extra products, extra money. If your product is that good, you should not feel the need for further advertising.

solution to an annual pain
I spent two days of frustrating paper shuffling on returns for my wife and I and only reached the rough draft stage. Finally over came my aversion to technology and purchased the TurboTax Standard version. What a treat! Three hours later had completed and filed for both of us with a minimum of difficulty. First time through requires careful reading to get it right but errors or omissions are easily corrected.

More money in my pocket
I have used TurboTax for the first time in 30 years of filing my income taxes and I love it. I received more than I thought I would by doing myself on paper. It's even better since there are 8 of us that can file with the same package. Get relatives together that need to file and the cost of the program goes down dramatically and you get your return super fast with NETFILE!! Great product!

I will do income tax for upwards to 12 people, this program is so easy to use, everyone should be using it. Why spend the money going to an accountant when you can bring the accountant to your house and computer, great job.

Excellent every year
Turbo Tax Personal is an excellent purchase for doing taxes. There are easy to follow steps which take you through every level of the tax forms without the added difficulty of trying to find what each line means. There are quick to access tips as well as definitions to help along the way. It also allows you to maximize your deductions without having to complete a new form each time. I highly recommend this product.
