Quick and Easy
Turbo tax has always been easy to use! it takes you step by step through each form and makes suggestions on things you might not be sure of! I definitely plan on sticking with Turbo tax in the future!

Another successful version
I have been using Turbo Tax (and the previous tax programs from Intuit) from their beginnings. Don't remember how long, 15 to 20 years. Never any problems. Very easy to use the first time, then successive programs just keep getting easier. Especially like the new automatic netfile in this years version.

very useful product
Have been using this product for a number of years and really enjoy using it via easy step. All needed questions are asked at the beginning After that just follow the prompts. I am very much pleased that this year Intuit does the netfiling for you. I did have difficulties with that in former years.I can highly recommed Turbo Tax to anyone

5 years still love it
Every year we stash all our tax stuff in a file. Come tax time it's just a matter of plug and play the numbers. TurboTax makes it super easy to organize and maximize our tax return making sure we don't miss anything.

so easy
Again, having used Turbo Tax since 2005 ( 9 years), I since back relax and know my taxes are taken care of in and easy and efficient way. Turbo Tax is worth every penny and makes doing income tax so easy. Now to plan how I am going to spend my refund.

Best Year Ever
I am happy to see that this year, for the first time, there is very little change in the program format and appearance from the previous year as has been the case for many years.
Keeping changes at a minimum from year to year makes it easier to complete the forms. The one improvement that I would like to see is an option to change text color from the difficult to read BLUE to BLACK text.

Always use this program!
One complaint this year relates to the fact that I had retirement allowance transferred directly to RRSP without tax being withheld. I had an "eligible" amount AND a "non-eligible" amount transferred. The eligible amount came to me from my employer in a separate cheque and was deposited to personal RRSP. The non-eligible amount that I transferred was actually made up of non-eligible "retirement allowance" AND some annual leave payout which was also directly transferred to RRSP without taxes being withheld. These came to me from my employer together in one cheque and the whole amount was transferred to a spousal RRSP. Your interview asked me if I had a designated transfer of "eligible" amount but did not ask about designated transfer of "non-eligible" amounts. Thus I spun my wheels trying to figure out how to declare it properly.
Also, this program repeatedly reset portions of the moving expense info that I filled in. Frustrating!
Also, program kept giving me format errors when trying to fill in legitimate addresses or business names. Why???

Was too easy!
I have depended on others for YEARS to help me with my return thinking it was a huge deal. I completed my family's return in 6 hours, and I cooked dinner in between! I have a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that I CAN DO THIS!!

Easy to use
