So quick and so easy
This is such an easy way to do income tax filing. I worked in accounting over 40 years ago and boy this is so much easier and clear to follow and file. Unbelievable how good this software is.

Heroic Help
Gone are the complexities of intimidating lines and numbers. Lost are the wasted minutes of confusion with endless terminologies. Best Investment Ever
I have been using TurboTax for years now, and every year it's the same thing, never any hassles and always easy and intuitive to use. Filing my taxes has never been so easy and take it from me, I have been doing taxes since before the internet existed!

Very good but needs improvements
We should be able to change the text size and colour that is used on the screen for the TurboTax information. Older people (among others) need more flexibility in reading all the information presented.

Customer Retention Pricing
This is a great product. The only neg is that the big box stores sell the one I like to use cheaper than the direct delivery price from Intuit. So I usually wait till late in the tax season to buy. Why can't Intuit provide a dicount price for thoes who would like to renew each year on-line? Call it "customer retention pricing" that would sure help me buy the product sooner and would encourage sales and word of mouth promotion.

Great Tax Program
I have used this tax preparation program for years because it is an easy to follow step by step program. This year it was even easier with the one step automatic net file which did not require you to enter another site to electronically file.

The only snag was " the number of days outside of Canada" I took a while to figure out that it meant the number of days I worked outside Canada.
Otherwise, I found it very user friendly. And, I'm no techie.

Turbo Tax knew exactly what I needed to enter, prompted me for all my deductions and knew how to handle change in life information (separation).

Easy to use
This is an easy program to use. It is very clear and allows you go back and forth to fix things if you have to. My biggest complaint is the text is TINY for the help screens and this screen too. It is a bit pricey but the ease of use makes up for it.

Quick and Easy
I use this product year after year. This year they made it even easier with automatic filing to Netfile. I completed my return and my wife's in a couple of ours, and that included finding all of my paperwork!
