Too easy.
I stared using TurboTax last year and I found the same ease of use again today. After completing the return you feel you must have missed something. It can't be that easy can it? Yes.

i have used turbo tax for the last 5 or 6 years I have never had any mistakes on it refunds or balances have always come as shown on turbo tax. i find it easy to use and very reliable

Quick and Easy
I have used Turbo tax for a few years now and even though my tax situation has changed slightly, it takes about 2 hours to do both my return and a return for my wife. The interview process is simple and you basically have to TRY to avoid savings... as long as you have your forms and read the helpful hints you can't go wrong

Very good value.
The only thing that bothered me is that when you enter a figure for monies withdrawn from RRSP's it shows as 00.00
It freaks me out. It does show the correct figure on the completed form though.

Medical worksheet weak
If the medical review sheet was a proper spreadsheet with a column for reimbursements it would make it faster and easier to enter the info. Many entries could be copy/pasted. This can't be done when you have to enter every single receipt. So I use my own spreadsheet and put the totals as they suggest but it would be nicer if the worksheet was a spreadsheet.

2013 best version yet

Another Year of Using Turbo Tax
Filed the easiest 2 returns first, followed by the 2 more complex returns. All went well! Easy to negotiate through program, get back to change items, make comparisons for maximum refunds using pension splitting, etc. and comparing to previous tax year. The tips and warnings are great reminders/enhancements. Absolutely love...the new easy way to file the return with CRA directly, by letting Turbo Tax do it for me...Bonus feature! I'll be sure to use again next year.

Easy and Great value
TurboTax is so easy to use - you don't have to be a tax expert to get your return done. Very intuitive and user friendly - you just have to now how to read and don't be afraid to push ahead, always opportunities to review and go back and change things.
It's even easier this year as the Netfiling of you return is available through TurboTax system.
I have been using Turbotax for 5 years now and will continue to do so every year for me and my family.

Turbo Tax could NOT be Easier
I have tried several years in a row to complete my taxes using the old fashioned paper forms, and could never do it correctly. I always got frustrated and was left feeling stupid. After a few attempts I would simply give up and pay a company to file my taxes for me. I hated to do that but really felt I had no choice. Two years ago my friend, whose taxes are far more complicated than mine, told me about Turbo Tax. I felt I had nothing to loose. Boy was I right. Turbo Tax was simple and fast. I now recommend it to everyone I know. More importantly, I no longer feel stupid!

Good Product
For such a complicated task, Turbo Tax makes it relatively easy to file taxes. My situation is very straightforward though.
I found a bit confusing the end, after the filing is completed, and a confirmation is received. There is still an option to "Not file" and it is highlighted in grey. This option should not exist, as it makes second guess if in fact the tax information was already filed.
I will continue using this product every year.
