Improvement is steady

Great Program
I have to say, I have been going in to tax places and getting my taxes done for years, and every time I walk out thinking... "I could have done that." Well, Now I did. Totally feel great about it. I feel confident that I am getting the best refund possible. My wife and I have pretty simple tax issues, just income, childcare, etc. So for us, this was perfect. I would recommend this form of Tax preparation to all my friends.

Great so Far!
I switched to Turbo Tax 2 years ago after a lifetime using a private accountant. The return I got the first year I used TT was higher than any I have ever gotten from my accountant. I couldn't believe how easy it was and in all honesty, was skeptical of the results until I saw the money in my bank account, and then you can image the ear-to-ear smile and tremendous pride.
There is a learning curve, but I can not image this being any simpler doing it by yourself on paper.
One huge advantage you have with TT is the help section and the database of users' questions which most of the times cover those topics you need more information on.
Overall, I am very pleased with my TT.

Does not auto-save
I spent 1 hour on my tax return almost done. I walked away to get a snack. Windows restarted after downloading an update. I lost everything. It would be nice if I could get back my partial completed tax return.

great tax software
I have used Quick Tax and Now turbo Tax for many years and find it to be very easy to navigate through. I am employed and am self employed as well. So having a tax program that can combine both with ease so I can do my own taxes is great.

Netfile Option Awesome
I've been using this program for years, so I can do it in my sleep. I always dreaded the "Netfile" stage because you had to copy and paste a link which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Then you had to go to the Government site, go back, etc...This year, the direct link to Netfile was easy and painless.
Love it!
