I Was Able to Do Our Taxes
I was pleased that I could follow through and do this on my own.
I just wish there was an undo option for the review part. I changed a couple of things that I had to change back.

Turbo Assist
Suggest Turbo Tax be able to extract Turbo Tax version, type and email when you initiate a chat with the agent. Beyond that I love the product and the Turbo Tax support is timely, friendly and helpful.

Easen of Use
Easy to transfer your information from prior years. User friendly software which offers direct input or can provide prompts to aid you if you are less experienced. Easier than ever to Netfile. Great product for the price.

I was hooked from the beginning!
I have used Turbo Tax every year since at least 1999 and have it automatically sent to me each year. It is simple to use and offers insight into the many deductions that are available, including those resulting from recent tax changes.

Easy and Accurate Returns
I have used Turbo Tax successfully for multiple years to file my taxes. Each year the program is improved to make it easier and quicker. It's nice that I can sit down with a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning and start and finish my taxes with little effort or fuss.

Have been using this product for years for both personal and small business. Excellent, easy to use product which doesn't let you miss potential savings, makes you aware of deductions which are not acceptable and helps you to optimize the ones that are. Helps you organize all papers and receipts so when it comes time to do your taxes it's fast, smooth and easy - almost enjoyable!

Always a great purchase

Excellent Guide.
I've used TurboTax/QuickTax for years, and it makes life very easy at tax time. You can't go wrong with the step-by-step approach, and the independent way is pretty straightforward too. I have pension income, Canadian and foreign, and investment income from all over, and TurboTax guides me through it very comfortably. My daughter tried a different programme this year (it was cheaper!) but found it very difficult to use, so she'll be back in the fold next year.

Improvement to NETFILE is great

Yearly bliss
We have been using TT for many years and it's so easy, definitely a worthwhile purchase. Most of our friends get their taxes prepared by a "professional" but they pay a fortune for that service. They don't get any extra credits or hidden tax benefits - they get the same things that we get by using TT and it costs us less and we gain tax knowledge that they are clueless about!
