So easy!
This is the second year for using Turbo Tax software. It is possible to retrieve information from last year which makes the preparation of my Income Tax return even faster than last year. I will be using it again next year.

Easy, Cheap, fast
I don't think I'll ever bother doing Tax returns without this program. Every year I can pull up old information that saves ample time and every year the program seems to improve. I experienced one bug with filing but it only took 2 minutes to resolve the issues.

Quick and Easy
Turbo Tax is very user friendly, even those with minimal computer skills can easily use this program. All the step by step, tips and how thoroughly everything is explained certainly eased any anxieties I had about completing and filing my own tax return. I will highly recommend my family and friends use Turbo Tax.

Simple and done
All steps are executed easily and in an understandable way. A suggestion for improvement would be: When prompted for tax saving tips and the 'explore' button is used and the tip is to consider THIS. The THIS should be a link to the tool to act on the tip. Currently you have to exit the review process and then go and find the tool that performs the THIS. IE THIS = Charity optimizer.

Very user friendly

Simple and accurate
I've been using Turbo Tax forever and recommend it to friends and family. Its so straightforward to use. It automatically carries everything forward into the next tax year to ensure accuracy. Why anyone would do their taxes manually is beyond me.

Good Purchase
The program works pretty well and it is a good value for your money. If you had to pay a Income Tax Preparer to do this you would be paying much more. The help is in fact pretty helpful
My complaint is for all the nags that ask you if you want to pay for Defender. Ask me once okay, ask me 50 times I start getting ticked off!
I might consider getting a copy from Turbo Tax every year, however I can buy it cheaper from a department store, why??

Charitable Optimizer
The Charitable Optimizer is flaky. When you try to fine tune exactly the amount to use, the system does not easily allow you to enter the amount.
On another topic, when I tick that I don't want to see an item again, it sill comes up next time.

IE
Good Day. We like the application it works very well. I do not like it opening IE when a browser is required, I do not want IE opening on my computer. TurboTax should open my default browser.

Easier than ever
Net file is very simple compared to previous years, automatic filing is really easy
The only draw back is it is very difficult to print individual pages while in the middle of a return eg. hst and trillium fund schedules. copy and paste do not work from outside the program, no right click or selective text print capability

Great Program; Easy to Use
