Easy Peasy
I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. It is definitely the easiest programme imaginable. It literally guides you through, step by step, a basic tax return.
I have had several people tell me I should be getting an accountant to do my taxes, in case there are any tax benefits I am missing out on. I always look them up before filing myself.
My only suggestion would be to add a tab for possible tax benefits based on your category in life, ie: single, parent of children younger than 18 yrs. , senior over the age of ____? (I had to look that up for the Senior Home owners tax credit).
All in all - a terrific program!

Use it every year
Completed our taxes for many years by hand (and calculator) but made the switch to Quick Tax and then to the new Turbo Tax. Best way to do taxes IMHO. Is intuitive, asks many questions relating to your various income/expense possibilities and provides good optimization scenarios. Will continue buying this product.

Easy and worth every dollar!
I've been purchasing "Quick Tax" now named "TurboTax" for 14 years. They improve every year. The step by step process for completing your taxes made simple....I especially very much like the "great" improvement for Netfile. No more converting to .tax and then having to go and find it. Turbo tax has even streamlined this process.
If you have a computer, internet connection and a simple tax return, do your taxes yourself with TurboTax.

I found that when I was asked to receive latest update from TurboTax that the system advised that there was a corrupt or incompatible resource file and I must reinstall. Reinstall did not work. I had to uninstall and then reinstall. It worked, however I found this a bit frustrating.

Very Helpful
This is my second year using the Turbo Tax Standard version.
It is very user friendly and I am a completely satisfied customer.

Better than the old way!
I used to get the actual forms from the post office and do the whole paper tax return and it would take me all day! Hated it! I started using TurboTax 2 years ago, and have never looked back! I usually get stuck on where to enter medical travel expenses using Turbo Tax, but I finally get to the right place and it's all good! At one point I used to use an accountant to do my joint taxes with the hubby, but I was running a home based business then. Since I retired, I figured I might as well try TurboTax and save myself the hefty accountant fees for basic returns. I believe TurboTax is money well spent, and I have not had any problems with audits! I also like how it does all the math for me, as well as combining my return with my hubby's seamlessly and almost magically! It really is a time saver. I really like that with one click I can file my tax return with the government, and get my refund so much faster!

Real time saver
I always do my own taxes. I used to take a day off of work to stay home and do them in peace and quiet. For the last 2 years I've used TurboTax and I love it. It's very easy to use, especially if you are used to doing them on paper the old way. I did my return and my wife's today in one sitting in a couple of hours. The last time I submitted a regular return my mail, it took 5 months to get my money back. Last year it barely took a week. It's your money to start with. Use TurboTax.

easy and integrated
Been using Turbotax since the 2008 tax year and have transitioned from full time work to part-time work and pension income. Turbotax has allowed me to prepare tax returns for me, my wife and full-time student daughter efficiently and in the most cost-effective, integrated manner.
