Turbo Tax 2020
Excellent application. Takes worry out of missing or misunderstanding your tax requirements and what claims can and cannot be made. Calculations automatic. With a bit of preparation on your part makes life a bit easier at tax time.

Turbo Taqx Standard

All is very well laid out except for explaining source of foreign non business income and tax paid on it. It does not explain what to do when you receive it on a mutual fund T5 which does not give you what country it comes from.

Need to improve Web site. Add Frequently ask questions Plus all error codes and solutions.
Update version, I was unable to reopen the my return since last updated. because I re-install tax from CD and updated few times but i was not able to open old save return.

Great Product
I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. During the first few years using Turbo Tax (formerly Quick Tax) I had some difficulties finding correct areas for me to enter certain tax info. I would call in and a representative would work through the process with me. There were also a few items that I thought needed clarification built into Turbo tax to make it easier in my mind. And was happy (but not suprised) that Turbo Tax addressed those items in the next year's product! So... If you have something that is NOT clear to you... please send in those comments to Turbo Tax! You won't be disappointed... they listen!!

TurboTax is Terrific
I would not do my own tax returns if TurboTax was not available to simplify the process. Love the optimizer tools and the ability to go, if needed, into the weeds by switching to "Forms". The alerts and warnings ensure that I do not miss anything. Great job TurboTax!

Excellent Tax Program
Turbotax is an easy to use and accurate tax preparation application. I have used it and it's direct predecessors for over 30 years. I have always liked it because all the forms look exactly the same as the paper versions. One thing I didn't like this year is that I wasn't able to download the program directly from Intuit as in the past.
